Really. Worthless without purchasing what I already have on my phone just to use it on pioneer avh7700bt. Ya old right. Outdated it seems. Just another piece of tech that you pay top dollar for that turns into a joke. This app is the only link to displaying your apps on this stereo through the unit without extra tech like CarPlay. Why did pioneer do this. It was like a slap to the consumer. Now that it’s outdated why haven’t the developers allowed native iPhone apps permissions to be seen. Lame Lame Lame. I paid the $2.99 to access the YouTube but it doesn’t work at all.

Purchased it to use with my Pioneer head unit. The Spotify portion works flawlessly. Everything else closes out of the app on the head unit when attempting to use it. Mainly the maps portion. Show more

This won’t let me log into YouTube. All the pioneer apps are garbage. Wasted my money on other apps also. App radio and app radio live are all junk don’t wast your time. Show more

Paid for YouTube and it says I need to sign in then when I try to it says the website is not secure ...

Apps crashes, I bought YouTube for this app, will not work. Will not let me log in into my YouTube, will not even load the videos up.

I like the app, great idea but I bought the NewsBlur add on and it does not work, I get a login error when trying to log in via EC, but logging in via newsblur works. I’d buy the Navi addin if I knew it would work. Show more

Only imports about 1% of your phone numbers.

Paid $6.99 for the advanced paid in app use. Weather won’t work. maps don’t work and when I tried to get a refund was told a non working app was not a good enough reason. Waste of money and do not recommend anyone to use it. Show more

Only got errors when trying to play videos on YouTube and can’t find where to ask for refund. Crappy app

First off let’s start with the extremely limited time frame to test apps purchase options for actual ability to play music entertainment options on unit. I purchased and payed a few hundred for unit and installation of the AV-X490BS ... unit has constantly gave me issues with AppRadio and EC Touch options. When paired with iPhone 8 Plus with recent update Pioneer unit still gives problems and weekly basis. Pioneer and AppRadio/EC Touch need to really be honest with what works and does not work on devices! Wasted $2.99 on YouTube app and it states video playback is not supported but I a can video on Spotify with just me app?! I am not satisfied at all with the program included with this partnership between AppRadio, EC Touch & Pioneer. I want my money for the purchased app!! Show more

Serious I want a refund!!!! can the developers please respond to this review because there is no other way to get in contact with them! By far the worst app I’ve tried I just purchased the upgrade and it doesn’t even work literally crashes on me every time. Looking for a refund however the website for support isn’t even available anymore.... I’m so frustrated by now! Show more

I don’t really think this is an app! Most looks like an icon to me! Its frozen all the times not working at all paid 7$ for app my pioneer stereo and this app are both going to trash can!! Show more

I purchased youtube from inside the EC Touch store and it says its not allowed to play on my head unit?

I logged into YouTube and it will not populate my preferences. My “watch later” list will not populate. Twitter will not allow me to login either

Web Radio worked fine until I switched phones. I uninstalled and reinstalled it hoping it would correct the issue but now I back on the trail version.
