Having had lessons with Gary Catona I must say this is a great way to practice this incredible singing method that I use professionally in my music career.

It’s almost impossible to exit app on iPhone Xs that has no button. Please fix the software. I get stuck in the app super frustrating. It’s something to do with the horizontal layout. Show more

This app is great once you understand the methodology behind Cantoas approach. It’s definitely a huge departure from conventional vocal training ideology but his approach to building the voice is based on making the voice stronger and this app is a great tool toward that goal. True, his approach offers little variety in ways of scales and exercises but it’s nonetheless a valuable tool for any singer looking to expand the range and muscularity of the voice. Show more

Completely useless

Practicing for 10 minutes every other day, I saw real progress in just 2 weeks.

As a beginner, I am enjoying the process. It is so great for building a foundation!

My sister actually trained with the creator and always had great things to say about Gary. I didn't have the money to train with him back them so when She texted me about this app 2days ago , I was on it !!! And the results after deliberate practice in 48 hours are amazing. I speak better , I support better, breathe better, I sing better. It's like my body's getting conditioned to do things the right way. Better than expected and with a few changes will be legendary. First a way to record your voice and make notes on progress. Second a way to set your own warm up and practice ranges. Third complete video examples of professional male and female, pop, rock and opera, voices singing from the freakishly low to the high notes only dogs can hear : ) in full voice. For example a male rock singer demonstrating the low voice of E2 up to G#4 then showing the upper range all the way to E6. And the ability to have a video demonstration of any single note, male or female, child, teenager or adult pop, rock or opera at the press of a button. Also examples of younger girls and boys doing the exercises. That being said as it is the app is a treasure for female and male singers and speakers of any age and type of music. Show more

Gary has taught the best. I came to him with a severe vocal problem years ago. I'd been to "the best" teachers, doctors, etc. from LA to Barcelona and all I got were false hopes and drugs. Gary gave me my voice back and turned me into a monster. As a touring hard rock singer, I put a lot of strain on my voice and honestly believe I wouldn't even be in the game right now if it weren't for Gary. This app is excellent. He's been a highly guarded secret for years and worked with everyone from Andrea Bocelli to Stevie Wonder. To have a REAL lesson available, at any time, on an app is incredible. Awful. Not interactive at all, outdated visuals, and all-around goofy.

Instead of matching pitches you sing to a most annoying sound that increases and decreases in volume. Not worth the money and I would have returned it if I could!

Thank you for taking time to create such a well put together app. I have tried others and I love the layout of this app very much. I am still learning and can tell that this app is truly helping my voice to become stronger and I highly recommend it. Thanks again Mr. Catona. Show more

I also read his book! It's fantastic. I was introduced to his system with the Ultimate Vocal Coach years ago (American Idol beginning) and I utilize this technique in my teaching studio and it works with 100% accuracy! Surely not worth $5

Great app has highly improved my upper register and falsetto! The graphics could use a tune up, more modern, otherwise good!
