    Fantastic App
    I tried half a dozen other options before finding this one. Each of them either had issues making a network connection to my media PC, or couldn't seem to handle my 20,000+ song library when they occasionally did. This app instantly found my foobar server on the other hand, and loaded the whole library in just a few seconds. The interface is also excellent. Polished, professional, and well laid out.     I like it!
    Only four stars? Okay, Four and a Half - I have to leave some room for improvement. It may not be perfect but MonkeyMote is one of the best music controller apps that I have tried. No, I have not tried them all - not nearly... but this one is good enough that I do not feel compelled to look for something better. It looks good and is fairly easy to navigate. I have not seen any issues with its interface with Foobar - this is good... It works just fine on my 1st gen iPad, too bad it doesn't work on my 1st gen iPod Touch. Oh well. Yes, I tend to keep stuff forever, so I do notice things like this. One thing that I like is that it is very fast. Scrolling through the library and selecting albums and tracks is very quick. Nice! It does have its little quirks to get used to, like any software. Recommendations for improvements would take some study. I might try to make a list some day, until then I just enjoy the music. :) Show more

    Awesome!
    I love foobar2000 and I love this app! Can you make the play and queue buttons fill the rows vertically? Too often I go to push play and it browses the item I'm trying to play instead. Maybe make the buttons rectangular and extend the, vertically to fill the rows. It would look sharp and also be more functional. Show more

    Beautiful interface and a great way to explore my music. Welcome improvement from the iPhone version in zoom mode. Users: Make sure you update the Foobar PC component part or you may have problems like I did. Show more

    Nice Evolution of the Product
    Update OK, color me chagrined. It seems the problem was, well, me! After updating the MonkeyMote component, all is much better. Thanks to MonkeyMote for the prompt, courteous, and, most of all, effective, support. I now have lots of pretty pictures to show my wife! It also justifies owning this glass rectangle that, otherwise, sees little use from the adults in this house. I am very pleased with the developer's responsiveness and proactive approach to (misguided) complaints and bug fixes/upgrades. And, he never once took the opportunity to point out my "problems" were my own fault for not upgrading the component when I updated the app ;^) Well done! Show more
