    Wish this wasn’t so very bad
    This app is terrible! Lost my mixes and failed several times DURING CLASS! So very unreliable. Wow get it right please.

    Can’t log in
    This app upgraded by itself and now I can’t login. Tried resetting password and it never sent me emails. Then it locked my account. I need this to teach my classes. Can’t even find contact info for help. Help! Show more

    Used to be great.... the new update keeps crashing
    This app used to be great, love the new look app, but it’s so unreliable. It has left me with no playlist on several occasions now and I’ve wasted a lot of time recreating clixmixes that then crash! So frustrating Show more

    FRUSTRATING
    App keeps showing “unknown error”. Removed app and re installed and STILL nothing. Tried creating new acct... nope. Still “unknown error”. This WAS a great tool in 2017... as an instructor, you need reliable tools to motivate and move your teams. Hopefully this app will get fixed and it will become all that Power Music is touting. Show more

    DOESNT WORK
    They updated the app to power music now instead of power music 1 and now it erased everything I had in my account and it keeps having errors when trying to log in. The app won’t even play music within the app to sample it. Nothing about it works. They need to fix this ASAP Show more

    Do not buy! Unable to cancel the membership.
    I did the free trial, I tried to cancel the membership several times and month after month my credit card is still being charged. There is no easy way to cancel and no one responds to your emails. I will not recommend this app. Show more

    Not reliable
    Too many problems. Sometimes it just won’t download anything at all. New music is not updated frequently.

    Great, if it was reliable
    Let’s get something straight here, Power has quality music and a great selection. My problem and reason for giving 3 stars? The app is glitchy. I can’t rely on it to always load for my classes. Sometimes I have entire playlists that disappear. Today, I was trying to create my own mix and it kept telling me my access is invalid even though I know I am up to date on payment and have logged in. I’ve contacted support a few times and they try to tell me that it’s fine, yet I clearly am having troubles. I have 3 other instructor, music apps and this is the only ones that gives me problems. Power would be my favorite if it was reliable,but I find myself recommending other music apps to instructors because it’s so glitchy. Show more
