I got it for my speech. I had a stroke last year and lost my ability to speak now I'm very monotone I'm hoping this will help.

Unfortunately everytime I push a button the app closes... I push record and the app closes. I push play and the app closes... It took three tries to find out the file is saved as a cvs on my ipad... App is deleted.. Would like my money back. Show more

Wanted to find out what frequency the notes played on my bass were. It just displays random numbers

The meter freezes every time I use it.

Save your money. It locks up after 3-5 seconds and when it does read a freq its off by at least 20 hz

Does not work at all! I emailed the company and have not heard back.

Don't waste your time. Barely works, some buttons don't at all. Crashes frequently. Going for a refund now

My daughter and I used this frequency meter for a science project measuring the vibration frequency of guitar strings. At first it seemed that it didn't work at all (as mentioned in a previous review). However, I then realized that we were working in a frequency range that was very likely below the realistic frequency response of the internal iPad microphone (I'm guessing around 100 Hz). When we moved to a smaller string and at higher tensions, the frequency meter locked right in and gave very consistent and reliable results. Show more

This is awful. It doesn't work at all. Don't buy it.

Don't waste your money. I compared measurement to a quality frequency counter and this app isn't even close. The reading is erratic. Absolutely no documentation or help.
