This program is a joke a mockery, it does nothing. It does not capture any note it is a fraud.

They make you get a monthly subscription after you already paid $3 for the app. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something I already payed for.

As others have said, potentially a great idea but fails miserably on delivery. It simply cannot transcribe any part even remotely accurately unless you’re playing at painfully slow speeds. Arpeggiated guitar parts? Forget it. Show more

Tried many different way for it to record the music, cannot get any thing close to the software.

I’m not mad I lost money buying this app. I’m mad my money went to the people who made it. If I could give a zero star I would.

I get kicked out of the app a lot and the app has trouble analyzing. I really like the concept and want to keep using, but it’s extremely difficult if it keeps kicking me out and not reading. I have noticed it listens better if tunes are sung slowly in a la la la type of way, in a quiet room. Would give a better score if it wasn’t so frustrating to use ? Show more

Begin with the end in mind... What do you want out of an app? This will not create a perfect score the first time you throw your voice into it, but it is excellent for brainstorming that first draft of your piece! Like others have said, it’s not yet fully able to capture chords from my guitar, but it is great at single-tone sound capture (i.e., maybe use “la” when intonating melodies). My issue in the past has always been forgetting the melody or progression of tunes that come to my cranium. So tragically frustrating when I can’t remember a great tune I had while driving or just living life, for example. So (for me at least), this is fantastic for getting that creative/catchy tune down on some kind of sheet. This is huge! Show more

Actually guys, this is a great app! A life saver for me.. Most of the times I don’t have time to write down my songs that I created. This is so easy to use and if you use it slow it will work. I don’t know what you guys are talking about! It is not a professional app “yet” but if someone continues to work on this app it will be perfect. Continue to work on this app guys! Very poor performance.

This was amazing. It works so well as long as you make the music sound very clear. All of the bad reviews have to be wrong cus this thing is amazing! I used it to make notes for a melody I made on the garage band iPhone app and it came out amazing. Thanks so much for this brilliant app! Show more

I thought that I can use it to record my cello practice and find out if I play the notes correctly, it does not work. Even worse that I only can record 10 recording/day, extra charge for more recordings. Show more

Don’t waste your money. I tried every setting and played notes, then tried playing chords and not once did it identify a chord correctly on playback. It misses in between notes, skips to notes I didn’t even play. After paying the 2.99, it then tells me I’m limited to 10 songs unless I want to start paying 1.99 a month for premium. Why would I want to spend more money on something that doesn’t work. I would sincerely like my money back, if the developer even bothers to read these. If not, I will write a review online as well and refer this to the appropriate people. Thanks for listening. Show more

I launched the app. I just wanted to turn my sounds into notes. But I got no further than the login screen which demanded my facebook login or email. NO. You don’t need that to do the advertised purpose of transposing notes. Thumbs down. Show more

I was really excited cause of a 5 star review I read, but the app really let me down, even when I slowed down enough for it to be easy. I vocalized one simple pattern 4 times, and it wrote something down differently each time... would not recommend to be honest Show more

I should not have bought this. Crashes frequently!! Ugly interface, incredibly limited features. It’s incredibly difficult to get it to transpose a simple tune with correct rhythm (I set it at a much slower speed and had to play around with how to sing the melody with “da” “la” and finally “bum”, which “bum” got mostly correct rhythm whereas all other times it had no idea what I was doing, but still wrong notes). And then to even send it to myself, it doesn’t just send a file, it makes me send an email with a link that I have to open and then download the playback as mp3. Plus you’ve just paid for the “free” version of the app (tell me how that works lol) where you only have space for ten songs Show more

The most annoying thing for me is having to log in...and you cannot use it without the cloud. So this means you cannot use this without internet access—you can't even access your songs without it. Very inconvenient if you happen to need it where there's no intent access. Reception, wifi, etc. It's a good starting point, but won't transcribe your songs even close to perfectly. If I had the choice, I would NOT buy it again. Show more

It’s pretty bad. It a waste of money if I’m gonna be honest. but it does have potential. If someone tweaked it some more it could be amazing. You can’t play fast at all but you can change the tempo when you edit it. You have to play RREEAALLYY slow for it to barely catch the notes you’re playing. and you can’t play left and right hand on piano. It’s pretty difficult. Again you can edit all the mistakes it makes but it’s pretty complicated. I really don’t think you should get this app. you’re not missing out on anything I swear. any 5star review on this app just makes it sound better than it actually is. Spend that $2.99 on a nice beer or something. Show more

I went to record a song that my uncle made and I played it after and it sounds nothing like it. I was so excited to see that I could transpose the song but it didn’t work AT ALL!! I am very disappointed I played even $3.00 dollars for it! It is worthless. I am very upset. Show more

This app didn’t recognize tones/pitches correctly... deeming completely worthless.

Gives an error every time I try to use it and then crashes. App is terrible
