Please don’t listen to the good reviews. I listened, I tried it, and it was utterly horrible. I let it listen to a SIMPLE piano melody with only the right hand playing and it still couldn’t figure it out, so no, don’t buy it. Show more

This is good for beginners playing the piano as it did capture the correct note and key changes, but you must play very slow and only one note at a time. It cannot comprehend advanced playing on the piano. Show more

I had very high hopes for this app and think it is a great idea! However, it could not read a very simple melody line and had the pitches AND rhythms completely incorrect. Cancelling is difficult and requires many little hoops to jump through. I would not buy this app. Show more

I sang the same melody three times and got three extremely different and bad sounding notations. Very disappointed.

If you’re playing an instrument, I can definitely see hardships, especially a chordal one. For me though, this helps with getting a melody that’s in my head onto my instruments because I’ve been having so much trouble with my wavering internal pitch. Speeds up that process very quickly and has taught me a lot to maybe not need it eventually along the way. Definitely a good training wheel for pitch minded ears. Show more

I have never in my life review anything no matter how bad, but this time is ridiculous. This app is outdated, and won’t actually notate what I’m playing. It is not functional at all. I’m playing around C5 and it noted some random bass notes. I feel like an idiot for paying for this app. This is absolute garbage. Who ever made this app please work on it. If not make it a free app, don’t make people pay for this. Show more

Nothing like advertised

Whether I’m on WiFi or my cell carrier it doesn’t work. Complete waste.

The app is completely useless as I have now tried 8 different songs and none of them were actually translated well. Who ever wrote a good comment on this app is a liar, because I fell for that lie and now I realize I have wasted $3 to listen to a kid banging a piano. Even the simplest songs this app couldn’t translate. This app should be removed from the store as it is just a scam... I hope you have a nice day knowing I saved you from this absolute scam. It does exactly what it’s supposed to but they need to ad more instruments it doesn’t read percussion.
