I use BluOS app on my NAD C 658 on the main system with Marantz SR 8015 , two Arcam PA249 class G amps connected to JBL studio towers, magnificent clarity, detail and headroom. On a separate system upstairs I use the Node connected to Onkyo main and amp with Boston hi frequency speakers, it’s good as wel . All streaming with Qobuz as the source. Always having to factory reset. A lot of glitches.

Can hardly figure out how to play anything

This has been a terrible purchase so far. I bought this to rip my 3500 cds into the cloud and stream. Right from the jump I have had constant issues with the device not ripping large batch of cds at a time. Takes multiple try’s to get them to rip and sometimes not at all. Cds are fine as I tested them on my CD burner for my MAC. They burn fine. The online support is not helpful at all! I can’t speak to a live person EVER! I send emails at night or weekends when I’m not working and they reply when I am working. Asking me to do a remote session with them. The problem is I work Monday thru Friday until 5pm. Do I guess I am out of luck. I am going to try and return this to the dealer as it was expensive. It’s too bad because I really want it to work! But I can’t recommend BluOS or blue node to friends if I can’t get it working. Thanks for listening if you still are lol Show more

It does the job but could be so much better - navigation clunky - minimal user option on displaying content - Need options on how to list - filter out doubles and singles

This app never seems to reflect what I’m listening to on title if I’ve used the native iOS or desktop app. I would like to see a daily discovery, my most recently listened to, and better management of my favorites. Show more

It’s difficult to understand who is best served by this UI. Certainly not the music or the listener. We use this piece of software because we have no other way to control Bluos devices. What a tragedy to squander the capabilities of the Bluos hardware Show more

Their software handles connections very poorly. It constantly defaults to optical input and won’t switch to HDMI ARC without multiple attempts. Their tech support is no help

Never seen a better listening experience

Support did a great job with a tricky dropout problem I was having. Thank You.

If I complete a Tidal Playlist, there is no way of going back to select another Playlist. The app just hangs. The only way to get back to Tidal Playlists is to log out of Tidal in Music Services and log back in. Only then do all Playlists show up. Do I have to really do this every time!!! Show more

what a great platform

I was telling all my friends to get this, now I'm taking it back. It worked beautifully, then update 3.18.7 apparently erased all my playlists!! The release notes mention small, proprietary amp maker nad. What a bone head move. Show more

This app stopped working properly with Qobuz and Node. Developer said that I need to buy an Android device. That’s their fix?!

This has the worst set of instructions and most inaccessible customer service line. Do not purchase. Much better systems available

The music system is well designed and executed. The D/A is Hi-Fi and integrated well with Roon, Tida, and other third party streaming services. Highly recommended for the price. Show more

Very buggy.

Music delivered seamlessly, love every aspect of BluOS. Haven’t enjoyed music this much since the demise of my 70’s component system. Thx.
