    3rd times a charm
This is my 3rd time owning a Bluesound product. Honestly the 1st two generations were junk from a user standpoint. Sound quality was always great, but BluOS was severely lacking. This third version though is stellar and finally good enough to make me part with my Sonos gear. Show more

    Cannot Pair 1 YO Speakers
We purchase blusound sound bar and subwoofer. For the last month, we have been unable to resolve issues in the app to connect the devices. We have tried restarts and firmware updates on multiple devices. We have also been pursuing resolution with blu sound tech support who keeps referring us to existing support articles of steps we have already taken. We are this close to submitting a claim on our extended warranty to replace these nonfunctional speakers due to the app. Show more

    Ok
I haven’t had any major problems/glitches with this app. It connects to the player consistently and controls the player from my phone effectively. However, it isn’t very user friendly and does not mimic the functionality of other music apps. My biggest gripe so far is about scrolling through my library by album. If I select an album, view the songs and then decide return back to the album view, the album menu returns to the first album numerically/alphabetically rather than maintaining its previous position. If you have a lot of albums this becomes fairly irritating as you must always start from the beginning of the album menu. I’ve tried to solve this problem by just using Spotify or Amazon Music apps via airplay but the volume and track controls are laggy and they often drop the connection to the player. The other feature I find annoying is the queue functionality. Every song or album you select appears to be added to the queue automatically. As a result, the queue becomes an ever increasing collection of songs that automatically play after the music you most recently selected is finished. You can delete the queue but this would be better if adding songs to the queue was an selectable option rather than a default feature. Finally, when you select a song from an album or playlist, only that song plays instead of playing the remaining songs. To play the whole album or playlist you have to go to a menu and select play now. As someone who is familiar with and likes the functionality of music apps like Amazon Music or Spotify, I wish this app behaved more like those. Show more

    Horrible software
I have no idea how someone can write software so bad. Frequently loses my NAD player in my home network. Epson writes really bad software but the Epson app never misses my network Epson printer. BluOS manages to be even worse than Epson! Show more

    Tremendous World of Music!
BluSound brings the world to your door. The ease and quality of the music provided via Qobuz and Tidal is amazing. Since purchasing my unit I’ve listened daily and am enjoying my deep appreciation of many genres. I am recommending BluSound to my friends. Bravo! Show more

    Mixed bag
Wonderful! It can open up a digital musical world, but it can be temperamental at times.
