This effects unit is the best audio app I have used on the iPad. It's sound and manner of processing turn tablet creations from ordinary to something more.

Another bait and switch developer. Offer something then take it away in the updates. If your going offer a product at least notify the customer that its only a beta program if you are gonna hinder it useless in future updates unless we purchase the "full version" Show more

Update-Turnado effects app makes up where LiveFX fails. -- (original review) This app is great with AudioBus. It will turn a simple iElectribe beat into something exiting. The full version is NEEDED. I would like to see more effects added. Ring mod and panning effects come to mind. It would be cool if you could modulate the effects with an LFO. Highly recommended. I can't get it to work through audiobus. I have tried connecting it to drum machines like Funkbox and DM-1 but sounds stops as soon as LiveFX opens. I like the layout but its not much good if it doesn't work. Show more

Awesome app, I use it with my Alesis I/O dock. It is a app version of the Korg Quadpad. Great job!

The fact that there is no sort of export feature is ridiculous and thus earns this app a 1 star rating. Being able to use it ONLY as a live tool is absurd, don't know what the developers were thinking. Show more

I've owned a miniKP and a Kaoss Pad 3, and this is about as close as you can get on the iPad. I've used it on my iPad2 both alone and through Audiobus as an effects processor into Auria and haven't had it crash or anything. Some effects can cause clipping, but you can tweak the output volume to counter that. I could see this being a great effects module for an app like Djay, if Djay would just get on the bus! Like someone said there could be a little more choices in the effect department. If I could give half a star more I would. I mostly have been using this with drumjam and it can take a beat and make it something totally different in a number of ways as well. It takes the simple and makes it better (if needed) with audiobus update and buffer I have not had the problems I was before using faster paced effects that caused crackling which really irritated me and shouldn't have been doing for as much that was spent but all is good now! This app will be a tool in the box for me be it audiobus or anything I track on. It can go outside that too. Lots of fun and possibilities had here! Show more
