I have had this since it first changed to Rhapsody. I never had any issues with my playlists unless a song was no longer available. The last two weeks, if I make any changes to a playlist, half of my playlist vanishes completely. Even if I close out the app, sign out and sign back in, turn my phone off and back on, the songs are gone. I added some of the missing songs back on the playlist this morning and then the rest of the playlist disappeared…50 songs! It is becoming very frustrating. Show more

Ever since the update it has been acting buggy. It will exit for no reason and just not play when I click on songs. Now the real issue is that I got in the app and all my downloaded songs were deleted for no reason. Everyone of my songs is just gone. Show more

this app used to be so great but with the updates is nasty and it doesn’t preform as well. every time i click the icon it doesnt open the app. or if it does it logs me out or goes out of the app. I hope this gets fixed because i want to listen to music and not be stuck in my thoughts ❤️❤️❤️ thank for your attention! This app crashes every other day. Every time I download music, it seems to vanish. I try opening the app to cancel my subscription but it won’t open. I try listening to music and the song will not play. I close the app and re-open and guess what? It won’t! I’m done with this app!!! Show more

Please send out another update or something. The app keeps refreshing/crashing while I’m listening to music and it’s very annoying when I’m trying to do work. I really like this app because all of my music from the past 7 years are on here and I really don’t want to have to go to another app, like Spotify. Show more

I had Rhapsody then stayed when it switched to Napster… never had a problem till now. App won’t open, my downloaded playlist disappeared, when the app does open it closes constantly. For the money I pay every month and have paid for years this needs to be addressed immediately. Definitely not happy right now! Show more

App Crashes Continuously. 7 or 8 times a Day. App will also log you out repeatedly. I miss Rhapsody.

The latest version 8 update is really buggy. Albums won’t finish downloading, the app is sluggish, music keeps stopping, CarPlay often gets stuck or doesn’t show downloads, and AirPlay is unreliable. On the flip side, it brought no improvement to search and still no Apple TV support. The macOS app and website are also pretty unreliable with this latest makeover. Update: After trying unsuccessfully to play an album today, I finally decided to cancel my subscription and switch to another service. Show more

I’m deleting this app and not looking back. I’ve had various issues with it. I had my account hacked and someone was using my profile, it took me days to get it figured out. The app is trying way too hard in 2022 with music videos and crap “radio” playlists. More recently I had issues where I would get signed out of the app while using it and l would be constantly resigning in or the other issue where it would play one song and stop or just stop in the middle of the song and I’d have to sign in again. Today was the final straw I was signed in and I was listed as another user and on their private profile and had access to that persons playlists. Developers please do not respond unless you have a refund ready. You can pay me to do your job. Show more
