I have been using Gaana app with subscription for some years now. While customer service is horrible and I don’t see anyway to contact anyone for help, since last 2 days the app have completely stopped working. It’s just blank and doesn’t play anything . I have tried deleting the app and re downloading it . It’s just stuck on initial Gaana screen . Show more

My annual subscription was auto renewed through iPhone subscription in November and my account shows I am not subscribed. I tried to send email to Gaana support and no body responded. I contacted apple support for refund. I am not getting any response. Better to stay away from this . This is really a bad experience. Show more

I upgraded my phone (same number) and now I cannot log in to my account anymore. It recognizes I have account with my phone number but when I try to get OTP to login I get “invalid identifier”. Lost all my playlists and history. Not going to use until this issue is fixed. Show more

Pathetic app. When I was using USA number on paid subscription, the songs are entirely different from what you would see on the Playlist. Lesaroya ddlj all songs were messed up.don't buy this app if you're in USA. Total waste. Show more

I paid a one year subscription for $35.99 and valid until 11/8/2023. Within a few days after the payment, the app logged me off and I am not able to log in. It doesnt accept my mobile number and i can’t get any OTP for logging in. There is no way to contact them either. Don’t pay a year’s subscription. Show more

Very bad app songs we want to listen which are not available on gaana. I’ll always recommend others to buy Spotify or other music app than gaana

Even though I paid for an year though in-app subscription, these scammers put me in Free Tier and didn’t reply to any of my emails. Such a typical Indian scammers but only Gaana doing it publicly. Show more

I was fan of this app earlier when it was free, but when it became paid it became worst, I subscribed to gaana plus premium given good experience with free app but was very disappointed as most of the popular songs I am trying to search is missing. Even the ones I was hearing earlier. They don’t have refund also for remaining period. Show more

Why does your app force me to upgrade. I should have the choice to upgrade or not. The add to upgrade is persistent and does not allow me to listen to music. If I have no objections to adds, should your upgrade add block me from hearing any music? This is abuse of what you call “free.” Show more

I paid for the subscription thinking it will be a better experience with latest song collection. But to my disappointment, app still pops up the “buy subscription ad” every time I open the app AND there’s no latest songs. And the app crashes time to time. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Show more

Worst app ever. Not sure why I signed up

Was a paid subscriber for years but canceled. Kept logging me out and telling me my subscription had expired even though they were charging my account every month. Tried writing to their support but got some mindless drivel and they still didn’t activate my subscription. Finally went into my Apple purchase history and got a refund for the two months that they said my subscription had expired and they still charged me. Show more

DO NOT USE THIS APP! I bought a 1 year subscription on this app and it was supposed to start on the day of, but instead it said it started on January! I needed the subscription now, and it is starting in 3 months? I bought the subscription many times before and almost each time it had said that I didn’t buy. Don’t trust this app. Show more

This app was working great for few months. This recent updates and changes have made the app crash many time, either the app will exit it self and close or app will be open but will stop playing music. Also the free versions went away for me, everything is paid subscription now. It does not play any music anymore just adds to upgrade. Deleting the APP now! Show more

I specified my preference as Hindi but still returns Telugu songs of artists. I regret paying the subscription. How can you guys be so baad in today’s day and age? I never comment but came to comment specifically to see if someone reads this comment and fixes things. Just unbelievable. Show more
