After using the app for last several years, now it has deleted all downloaded old albums. Messed up my play lists. After being a good source of songs from fifties through seventies, deletion has made the continued subscription worthless. Why hate oldies ? Show more

Been using it since years without any problems, but suddenly my song library has disappeared, the radio stations have disappeared, and every single song seems to be premium subscription (mind you, I already had the ad-free subscription). Terrible! Show more

What happened to all the radios such as filmy mirchi, retro music, club mirchi? Where are the all good song for the paid subscribers? Whole app has become frustratingly pathetic since the recent revamp. Even after selecting language, it is keep on playing gaana playlists in different languages! Wow. Do have Any comments developers? Took premium membership, was hoping the casting will be seamless, it isn’t to figure out how to cast and once we select, the song never gets casted, it keeps spinning forever. Not happy with the casting option Show more

Since such long time I been listening Gaana but since last six months it’s been working or it’s keeps asking for subscription and pay to be membership. It’s been shabby when you start for something convenient and suddenly it get changed. Show more

Keep away from Gaana.com. Despite being a paying customer, I cannot create playlists. Songs in existing playlists have disappeared. Absolutely no response from Gaana.com to my many emails. The so-called chat responds ‘not available’ all the time! Stay away. I am sure they are not a fraudulent organization, but they could have fooled me!! Show more

As a paid subscriber, I still can’t listen to good songs from Arijit such as jo bheji thi dua and many other famous songs. These songs used to be in my library and now they are no longer available. Will not renew my subscription. Rather pay extra to Apple and listen to what I want. Show more
