Great premise/ service/ app. Even better customer service.

I feel positive about the app. I am in SF and covers pretty much all the event spaces and clubs. I am now able to follow a lot more of uprising, non-commercial music, that happen all week long. This app is great if you are also looking for something like that No 5 stars for the following reason, 1. It is impossible to get the famous artists as they go on standby in a blink of an eye. The only way around it is to browse the app very frequently, which I am not going to do ever. Maybe, if the users have gone up, they should think of increasing the number of reservations! 2. The app does not tell you how far down you are on the standby list. This is one of the most annoying features of the app! 3. If they start adding comedy events then that would be great. Show more

I've heard this app has great content–but I wish I could see it. Onboarding experience was full of error messages, offscreen tool tips, and labels that don't fit (or scale to) allocated space. Unable to sync content, persistent (misleading) network error message (tested with cellular data and wifi). Show more

STAY AWAYYY!!!! They have maybe one concert every couple of months that you may be slightly interested in but it’s a terrible app. What’s worse is they will keep charging your credit card even after you cancelled and never refund you. It is a very poor customer experience and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Show more

You can’t unsubscribe from the app and then it’s made impossible to unsubscribe on the website. This is garbage

Really love this app and the concept behind it. I’ve gotten to enjoy so many great shows and it’s always a super easy process. I really do wish I could use the points I earn to move up on wait lists or for more perks besides an upgraded membership. It would be cool if I could use the points to get two spots for one show or something like that. Show more

Stop with another subscription service. Apple Music and Spotify barely pay a half a cent to creators per stream and most of artists revenue now comes from touring. If you don’t stop there will be no more creators Show more

This used to be an awesome app, however like all good things, it’s slowly coming to an end for me. Over the years Jukely has slowly whittled away the benefits that used to make this app so great. Membership benefits and points accumulated have been downgraded with every update, there are limits to how many shows can be seen depending on how much paid, the customer service is lackluster at best, and overall I just feel pretty meh towards it. I keep it for the off chance I want to see an awesome artist, but overall I don’t feel like it’s that’s valuable anymore. Show more

They’re shady, if not dishonest in their approach to changing the terms without proper indication. I’ve been with Jukely since the beginning, writing off missteps and other shady moves like “select shows” as just another growing company making mistakes but trying to get most things right. It’s with great regret that I only recently found out they changed my plan, to four shows a month rather than unlimited without proper notification. In the app under spots it mentions nothing. There is no counter, or at least one that works. When I questioned them, they simply said read the terms. Not ok, and blatantly dishonest. If any other users have experienced this issue. Unless you’ve been with them for a while or rack up points, you are not getting into any of the popular shows. I end up just buying tickets anyway. Cancelling my service. Show more

During the “free” trial I was charged $25... they didn’t make that clear before charging me.

This app is awesome for those of us who love music and love going to shows often. The simplicity of claiming your ticket makes attending multiple shows easy. Cheers to discovering new music! Show more

Plan on cancelling my subscription. It was good but they started making the user interface really cluttered, removed the unlimited show feature and now have a very small selection of shows compared to a lot more options in the past. What used to be a good deal now feels like an inconvenient obligation to a middleman. Show more
