    Works some of the time
I purchase pro thinking it was going to be a good app to slow my songs. Every time I leave the app it freezes and I have to restart the app. It works most of the time and some times slow when I’m using it. But other than the issues it’s good. Show more

    Great for capturing notes
...in talks or lectures where I need go back to pick up on more details for the notes I’m taking. It’s very easy to find any timing spots I marked in my notes to hear again. I also like the feature that speeds up the voice - it’s a great time saver. The yellow arrows are also a great feature for going back to key points. If they ever add just one or more colors to these arrows - that would be great for highlighting the most important points. But the app is great for how I use it. Show more

    Best of the best!!
I've been using it for years! And this cannot be compared to any simliar pupose app. Very unique and smart interface! And, importing direct from my Apple music library is really handy! Thanks Developer and pls don't go away and keep it alive! Show more

    Therapy tool
This works well to slow music on my iTunes library. I work with children with speech and language disorders. This app slows the music, providing more opportunities for the children to understand and follow verbal prompts and sing along. I'm excited to try this app as I transcribe spontaneous speech/language samples! Show more

    Should name it “Audi-pal”! :)
...Because this is a music student’s best friend. Did you know that YouTube has an “adjust speed” feature? Well, it does, and it’s simple and Very useful. But if the music you’re trying to play with isn’t on YouTube, then what? I’ve been trying to figure that out for a while. All I wanted was a SIMPLE app, that I could use to slow down accompaniment tracks: think of the CD you get with a “play along” book. You read your part in the book, and the CD provides the rest of the orchestra (or whatever). I’m not a musical prodigy (ha! Far from it!), and I can’t play most of these Allegro things at full speed the first time through (or the 10th... or the 20th... ;). Sometimes I just need to slow it down a little, say, 96%... sometimes a lot (gack, 75%...). THIS APP DOES THAT, without distorting the sound. And it recognizes the music you have in iTunes (where your CD tracks end up), without any transfers or - anything. It just instantly goes there and doesn’t give any backchat. You can also copy MP3 files to it, if you download ‘em from another source. You can add “markers” to the track, so if there’s a section you need to work over and over... easy peasy, just add markers delineating ‘beginning of problem area’ and ‘end of p.a.’ - and bingo, just keep going over and over that. There may be more features but frankly, *I don’t want more features*!! Too many apps do too much. This one does exactly, and ONLY, what I wanted, it works, and it’s my new best practice tool. I love, love, love it!! :) (I may sound like I’m 16, but I’m actually, er, ugh, north of 60... so I’m not just enthusing for nothing. ;) All possible thumbs (toes, whatever) straight up. Show more

Great for listening to music fast
Sometimes I like listening to some kinds of music at a higher speed, and this app is great for that

Please add a quick rewind feature
I use this app for language learning, usually while working out. I can’t fiddle with the bookmark buttons. Sometimes I just want to go back 10 or 15 or 30 seconds. There is no easy way to do so. It really compromises the app’s usefulness for me. I still recommend the app. Show more

Awesome app, wish it went slower!!!
Finally a transcribe app that is compatible with Apple Music! Unfortunately the app only allows 0.50 speed which is simply not slow enough for me to transcribe my favorite tracks. Wish it went to 0.25 - would be a solid 5 star if so!! Show more

Why a subscription?? (Obviously I know why)
This app does exactly what it says and does it pretty well. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is there is no reason, other than for money, to make it a subscription for the pro version. I would totally pay 4.99 (one time) for this app, but no way am I paying a monthly fee for it. Show more

    Disappointed
I purchased the pro version because they advertised it would save my spot during play back. It does not do that, at least I can not get it to work for me. I purchased this to listen to lectures, or other recordings. Some of these recordings are quite long and when the app fails to save your spot in the middle of a two hour lecture, it is extremely frustrating and not worth continuing to use. Also, there is no way to skip forward or backwards, let’s say 10 to 30 seconds at a time to try to find where you left off. You have to manually use the slider which is not precise and frustrating. It’s very important to be able to easily find where you left off, this app fails at that. I do like the ability to adjust playback speed incrementally, but not being able to pick up where you left off easily is a deal breaker. Show more

Excellent tool for students of music!
The ability to easily mark segments of the track and to be able to loop over them makes AudioPo a very valuable tool to study music.

    I can barely do anything
It will only let me play the song and not edit it. I can also only play one song at a time and can only download songs from I tunes. It is better to play on I tunes Show more

    Really Disappointed
I paid for the pro model, only because the basic app didn’t do simple things like keep your place of where you last left off, no pausing from headphones, etc. I bought 1 year of the pro, and the app could be so much better. There’s no multi device listening, so if you go between and iPhone and iPad it isn’t smart enough to link up to where you ended previously. Also, if you pause with headphones once, THAT’S ALL YOU GET. You get one headphone pause, and then the headphones are unresponsive. Same exact problem with the lock screen. You also should go in with the mindset of never touching your screen with this app open. If a strong gust of wind hits your phone the app will jump to one of the many lines while playing your file. A lot left to be desired, especially for a premium app, but the price is very affordable and I’d buy it every year if these things were fixed! Show more
