The year is 2022. I have only just discovered this app. It is now one of two main apps I use for getting started. This app is bare-bones, there’s no audio unit or inter app audio functionality, and I don’t care in the slightest. You can whip out an 100 bar sequence in no time and export to AudioShare (pro tip: solo each of the four channels and export for “stems”) and chop and arrange the bits elsewhere; which is exactly what I’ve been doing. So many apps try to emulate physical hardware or apps from a computer. We need more apps like this that make our touch screen devices feel like a living instrument. Five stars! Show more

Also the ability to add swing/triplets! Hopefully the dev didn’t forget about this app.

After all of those years, it still remains one of favorite apps in which to get delightfully lost. Keep up the great work.

This app is very cool and I wanted to share that when I ever feel a creative “lull” or lack of musical ideas, I power up my iPad or iPhone and start up Yellofier. (Every time I also hear Deiter say “oooh yeah...” in my mind...) This is simple but really has good-sounding results and works with a few other apps well. It would be great for this to become auv3 but not necessary. I love it and am thankful it exists! Show more

Love This app! Very unique functionality, but would be super if midi or ableton link were available for me to use with other iOS apps!

This app, without other supporting apps, is a great musician application. When you pair this app with audiobus and bebot, you can now add tons of other sounds, basses, and other types of music into the app without effort. Those three apps are gods gift to iPad musicians Show more

It's probably my favorite music app. It allows you to take a sound or sample and sequence it while adding wacky effects, twisting the sound from noise to music. Can't really tell the difference between the electrified version but I own both. Go ahead and get it and start having some fun. Show more

Opens a whole other world. Very serious fun! Needs to sync its clock with other apps tho.

Great app from amazing music pioneers. Sounds great and great fun. I lose myself for hours. I wish it had audio paste so I could import high quality sounds I record. Also would love midi and some other features to make it okay nice with other apps...because it sounds so good and I like my performances so much I want to build upon them in other Pro apps. Either way it's worth every penny. I love it. Buy it! Show more

This is an awesome app! Great auto-slice feature. Exporting does not work on iOS 7.1.2 .. but Audiobus compatibility adds in/out. Could not find a Support section on your webpage

This thing is SO cool. It's just fantastic, right out of the gate, and will surely become a "Hall of Fame" app moving forward. Musician or not - everyone I allow to play with Yellofier has to be darted with a tranquilizer gun so I can get my iPhone or iPad back from them. It's really no surprise when one considers that the creative genius behind the band Yello is responsible for it's inception. Who doesn't love the closing sequence in the movie "Farris Bueller's Day Off" plus songs like "I Love You" and "Heavy Whispers". Show more

Absolutely do not to buy this if you're currently running iOS 8 until you see some notification that it has been updated. Any attempt to play or edit promptly results in a crash. As it is now this app is completely unusable if you're on iOS 8. Show more

I rated five stars cause this app is absolutely incredible but I'm writing the review to let the developers know that it is not even usable on iOS 8. Please fix it cause I use this app all the time! One of my favorite apps ever! Again, love the app 5/5! But it needs iOS8 support please!!! Show more
