If you're looking for a way to practice rolls, without using your actual banjo this is the way! I looked all over the internet for a physical device with strings with little luck until it occurred to me that there might be an app for that. There was! This is it! It doesn't replace my banjo, but it can be played with headphones & not bother anyone. You can also change chords to add a little interest. Playing songs is the next step for me. This will be great for travel too when I can't take my banjo along. The only con is that you have to watch the ipad screen not to hit wrong notes. But i don't mind that.
