It’s disgusting that they are charging a monthly inactivity fee due to a “2 year period of inactivity”. Are they completely unaware that during that time period it was uncomfortable if not dangerous for a lot of people to be out in locations where these juke boxes would be playing due to a global health crisis and things are just finally starting to feel normal again in some places? It is so annoying to only be able to see the next 5 songs, I cannot see if some clown put in 5 hours worth of music, i have wasted so much money for songs i do not get to hear, if i cannot see all the people before i play a so g i cant even PAY More to hear my music because I cannot see if i am Wasting my money. Music was playing at a good volume, I added $5. and picked songs. During the playing of my songs, volume dropped to nearly nothing. The restaurant was at 25% capacity and I could barely tell what was playing. When it was done and went back to house music, volume went back up. Wasted $5. Show more

Don’t understand how the only album you have of the most streamed current artist in the world is their mixtape in 2017. Update this.

They need to add a ton more songs. There are a lot of songs that I can’t find. Especially indie music and rock bands from across the pond. And they need to add an option to cancel a song out if you decide NOT to play the song and get your credits back. I accidentally clicked on a song to play and there was no way of canceling it out. Other than that, this app is SWEET! To the creators, please add more songs because certain artist only have certain songs when the artist have a lot of other great songs? Then it’ll be perfect ? Tired of paying for your sheeet remixes!!! Can I have my money back!? ?

I have an iPhone 12 and after this was downloaded everything crashed frequently till it was deleted. May just be a problem with me.

Before I downloaded the app I selected a bunch of songs from the physical device and 100% positively selected priority! I downloaded the app to check out the song order. My song was next in que and somehow it was bumped down even though it was priority! It happened TWICE! So annoying!!! I don’t appreciate having spent $10 to play several songs on priority and having them bumped by whomever likely had bar control. Show more

Nice app conviene to stay in your seat and play music. But it should be a little more explanatory towards when my song will play and when my credit as actually confirmed on a song I click on songs and a different song pops up on the speakers I don’t know If I’m really buying it because it never plays next Show more

100% know half (if not all) these songs weren’t played before mine. It’s a Wednesday night and not a busy bar. If need to pay 3 credits to play a song just say so. Show more

Deberían actualizar su música, hay ambientes modernos en los que está su servicio y la misma música aburre. Actualizar su música nada más, lo demás esta bien.

No way are actual bar goers requesting these songs. A terrible song will play and not one person is enjoying it. I requested FIVE songs and not one of them played in the time I was there. Mind you there were a good 10 people there and yes I did go around asking who requested the song. I want a refund. Never again!!!!! Show more

When people play priority it actually skips you song not postponing it like you would think. Waste of money.

Skips your song even if you pay priority fee. Wouldn’t recommend spending money on it.

How does it only have a 5 song que? And when you pay for “priority” play it doesn’t have the courtesy to let you know when your song will play. These are gross oversights. FAIL! Show more
