It will be five stars when they finally fix the filters.

I really love the ease and the variety of musical instruments available. Keep up good work man.

No filtering by distance. Filters don’t work, and/or selected filters randomly cleared.

When I was in the app it would not pull up details of products - error message showing that it was pulling back gibberish, and that they were ‘sorry’. Now the app refuses to sign me in. Headed back to eBay where I don’t have these problems! Show more

I’m not sure why, but the transaction graph went from year over year to a few months. The website at least let’s you see the a longer transaction history, which is much better. It should be year over year in the app, or at least have the ability to set it yourself. The worst things is seeing international sales with hidden, outrageous shipping costs. I’ve gotten great reasonable shipping cost from international sellers, but I wish there was a way to either filter on shipping cost or filter out international all together. Show more

Lost one deal I wanted but ended up saving money on a Newer Guitar.

The sort and filter options do not work when viewing seller inventory within mobile app. Website works as expected.

There are so many scams associated with this site. Buyers can have broken guitars or amps and buy identical ones, and claim your guitar was broken in transit… and as a seller, if The buyer complains, Reverb will claw back your money to give the refund to the buyer. No recourse at all. I will never again sell on this app. Show more

Great app, I’ve used it many times with great success. What I’ve noticed lately is that the filtering options in the stores are not working. It was working fine until a couple weeks ago. Can this be looked into? Other than that, great job. Show more

I only use this app when I absolutely have to. The desktop site doesn’t have dark mode either. Avoid Reverb in any form at all costs. Just because it’s geared toward music, doesn’t mean it has to be so offensive to the eyes. Show more

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Turn on Lockdown Mode in Settings -> Privacy & Security 2. Use any sort of ad blocker or vpn that blocks telemetry 3. Reverb will use 25% of an Iphone 14 Pro’s battery in one hour or less. The phone also gets very, very hot and the app will crash often. —— Also I’m currently dealing with a fraudulent transaction. You can no longer truest new sellers on your platform because this is such a.rampant problem. Please get it together. Show more

Good for selling. Reasonable fees. However their customer service is horrible. Nothing but chat responses and when you do finally get to request a phone call back, they don’t call you. They send out a generic email saying issue is resolved. How can an issue be resolved without speaking to any party. Terrible customer service and seller protection is absolutely nothing. Show more

Reverb is a great place to buy and sell gear but I really wish they would bring back Reverse Bucks. It was a great way to hide gear money from the wife. Show more

Reverb has become my favorite app. I have been fortunate enough to sell guitars and buy guitars using this service with all positive experiences. Reverb is the best source ever for window shopping musical instruments. It is so much fun to look at and dream about classic and new guitars, basses, keyboards, amps and all kinds of musical equipment. To be a successful Reverb shopper or store, it helps to educate yourself with the process and the product that you’re wanting to purchase. Take your time in both cases and do your research. I have found amazing deals on Reverb… some things I love and keep, other things I end up selling later. It’s a fun way to try gear. Show more

The Reverb app makes it pretty simple to browse listings for gear. The watch list works well to follow specific listings. But the sort or filter choices don’t apply after I click “apply”. So if you don’t mind scrolling through lots of results, the search box works fine. Show more

Guys at music corner are great… knowledgeable… fair on $$… I will buy more stuff from these guys…
