As I write this I stayed on hold for 14 minutes in a “live” chat after my first chat was ended without resolution. Aleli S. had the great advice to use the website, then clicked off. Such a ripoff and they violate state laws for taxation and fees. They don’t even know the individual state laws and hoping that a class action lawsuit comes to fruition!!! Put these greedy people in their place for taking money when it’s against the law!! Rude agents, unqualified and overstepping boundaries when taking to customers. The ability to sort and filter search results is gone, simply doesn’t work. Contacted Reverb Support through the proper channels associated with the app and was told that my issue would be “considered customer feedback for the future better of Reverb” instead of “ok I’ll let the app developers know”. If I could give minus stars just for that response I would give -12. Show more

Last Thursday I Sold my guitar for over $1100. It’s going to be Wednesday or Thursday this week before I ever see my money. I will never ever use this service again Show more

Recent update has a bug. Search filters are not working

Everytime I make a purchase, which us a lot, on Reverb I have NEVER EVER had a problem. The best by far!!!!!

I purchased a Nord Lead 4 from a seller in the U.K. and then realized the voltage was wrong for the U.S… Contacted the seller who had not yet shipped the item but could not get an answer for over 48 hours - nothing. Attempted to get a refund from Reverb.com. They did nothing but tell me they were “looking into it”. Still no $1800 refund to this date. Very unhappy, to say the least. Will not be using Reverb.com again. Can’t even use the app to get a live chat! Show more

I was buying a Yamaha keyboard and got loans from affirm, and the seller provided me delivery company delivery company name, Global courier, and the trucking number that looked legit. The next day I saw online saying shipped, so I checked the tracking number it was provided. I didn't find it, and. I called the number they told me it was scum. After I took action immediately, the seller gave me the FedEx tracking number. Also, I get email saying my Amazon account was hacked. I have to change my bank card and more stuff I have to do. Is not secure don’t put your em and bank account. I free the day I open reverb account I got all scam email. So sad. Show more
