    Can’t pan stereo aux mixes
So this app is super handicapped for doing stereo in ear aux mixes. Panning isn’t available

    Barely useable
The apps works... but it doesn't give you access to functions needed when mixing on an iPad. 1. No tap function. Which is how I control my delays during the show. 2. No access to effects. Huge bummer if I want to tweak something. 3. No mute groups. This is a huge mistake. We need access to our mute groups. 4. Access to routing. Would be nice. I could go on but I highly doubt Midas even cares enough to do anything about it. Show more

Love the app, almost great for monitors
Really would love to see some kind of direct out control for use with monitors and esp personal mixers. Automation and patching would be amazing as well.

Love the app but no panning for Stereo Mix!?!?
This app is awesome! Thank you bringing a powerful but simplified application to use for mixing! It makes it great for when you want to go "walk" the room and get a good solid mix....But as people have mentioned, you can't pan your stereo aux mixes and you also can't edit any of the EFX from your pad. That frustrating when you're affecting the Reverbs and when keying in a monitor mix. PLEASE LET THOSE TWO THINGS BE ON THE NEXT UPDATE SO THIS CAN BECOME THE BEST FOH MIXING APP OUT THERE, THANK YOU!!!! Show more

Great update missing a few keys though
Absolutely stellar job with the update, however would it be possible to access some more features like effects rack, scene automation, and patching? If those were added that would make this app hands down the best iPad mix app. Show more

Great until iOS 9, ha ha
The new features were great! But now the app constantly reconnects and is unstable on iOS 9. I know this isn't really the place to mention support issues but all of the support links are outdated since Midas changed hands. Show more

Nice update, no more panning on busses
New dynamics and pre amp control from the iPad is a great addition thank you! Not sure why you removed the ability to pan on stereo Aux mixes, really miss that. Please bring panning back in the next version! Show more

    No Bus Panning!
Before this update, you could control pan for each channel in the selected bus send. But now the pan only controls the main output and that makes it very difficult for the band to setup their own monitors (which is what made this app an invaluable resource). Fix that and we will be at 5 stars again :) Show more

    I love this update
I love this update. Now. We don't need to go mixer when change channel gain or eq filter or gate, or others... It's wonderful! But now, it get freezing time when open channel settings. If it corrected it will be perfect Show more

    New Update is Buggy
App crashes anytime I select the channel for tweaking. Update: Now working on an iPad 2 Air and App work flawlessly!

    DisAPPointing App
Tre Tuna is exactly right in every aspect. The Behringer X32 - Midas M32 app is really very good, yet the high end Midas consoles app is barely useful by comparison. Certainly not good enough to mix a show with if you need to do any more tweaking than the very basics. Midas consoles sound amazing and certainly deserve a much, Much more useful app. I, too, hope a new update is in the works!! Show more

The PRO series gets this and the X/M32 series boards gets that?!
In my venue we have a PRO9 at both FoH and Monitor world. One reason we got these was the iPad control of the surfaces as our FoH board is not in prime location for mixing (settled about 25ft from the front of our 6-box EAW 740 line-array) and our monitor engineer had to be put in a “not-terribly-convinient” with his board on the side and under our stage, but after using this app and the X32/M32 apps, I feel rather disappointed by it. The $2k X32/M32 gets an app that can do practically everything the boards can do, but my $20k+ PRO9 boards gets and app that can control practically nothing comparably. See channels and meters… Cool... Adjust faders, EQs, filters… Of course… Label and color channels… That’s nice... Create groups… Sure… The thing that bewilders me here is the other main thing that’s apparent is I can adjust input delay time, but what about adjusting gains, routing, compressors, gates, rack FX, maybe even a tap tempo at the least? nope… gotta run back to the board for all of that… Want a frequency analyzer? Well I better have my phone out with an app running for that, because while the X32-Mix app can do this, I can’t…. These apps are made by the same company, for boards from the same company… Yet for the $2k board I can run an entire show, but with my high-end board, I’m constantly running back and forth from the middle of the room to my FoH board, or from the stage down and around to my monitor board for simple adjustments that I would have hoped this app would have done from my experience with the X/M32 apps. I truly hope this is simply something being worked on since this app has been out for a while longer then the X32 board has been, but it’s rather disappointing none-the-less. Show more

    Not enough
Has enough to be a mix app for musicians, but nowhere near enough to be useful for engineers. No gain control, compression, gate, or mute groups can be accessed. Also, the app can't re-establish connection to the console after the iPad goes to sleep. Show more

    Great, but needs more
Love the app, it's very helpful! Really needs more functionality than just eq for each track, such as compression and gain settings. 5 stars if it had those two settings!

    Wants to add....
Comp control, effect control, patch check, etc...

    Where's the preamp control?
I use this app with an XL8, two Pro3's, and a Pro1, so it gets a lot of use. Linked with an Asus RT-N66 router, the available functions work fluidly and as described. The parts that have been designed are great! Now for the bad news. Currently, there isn't any preamp control on any of the channels! I'd much rather have this when I walk up to a mic on stage and want to gain-stage it, rather than a page dedicated to naming and color of channels. There also aren't any access to the gates and comps on the channels. These are necessary functions that Behringer has for it's lower priced X32, but not this. The last update needed is to add a way to edit the effects. The only thing you can do currently is control the levels to and from the effects, but not edit any parameters whatsoever of the units. I won't go into detail how there is no routing or advanced features, but most importantly to the developers, PLEASE get us preamp control along with gates and comps ASAP! These are extremely important when you're walking with the iPad and need to adjust your mix. Thanks. Show more

    Very handy app
This app is really great for setting up on-stage monitor mixes in small venues that don't have a separate monitor mixer. You can go down on stage with the performers and set things up right there next to them where you can hear what's really going on. Very useful in environments where you are trying to keep stage volumes low. Show more

    Pretty good but could improve
I love this app because it gives you great control over the overall mix. You can finally mix your eq, which is something the first app couldn't do. Another great improvement with this app is the addition of your pop filters. You can quickly find the correct input slider for quick mixing. Lastly, i am extremely happy that the app will automatically connect if your screen locks. With the old app, you needed to close the app, and then reopen it. I am disappointed in is how choppy the input scrolling is. Yamaha's "Master Fader" app is extremely smooth when moving around, but this app feels extremely choppy. The app also feels slow when trying to populate the pop filter sliders. The old app was never this slow. I hope that a future update will include gate and compression settings too. This is a great way to do a quick mix, but all fine tuning still has to take place at the board. Show more
