If you're a FoH engineer then this app is 4 out of 5 stars, however this review is based on using this app to control IEM mixes and in that respect 3 out of 5 is generous. Our main problem with v2 is that for some reason Midas decided a nice “feature” would be to reset the mix bus you are controlling each and every time you change screens. So if you’re trying to mix a monitor and switch to another input group it will reset the mix bus to the masters. Maybe this is desirable to some FoH engineers but it’s a nightmare if you’re trying to use this for IEMs. There’s also a small bug where if you’re switching between screens/mix buses quickly it may not catch the new mix bus and you end up controlling a mix other than what is selected. Overall there is some nice improvements since v1, but the issues above are a pretty serious oversight, hopefully the next update doesn't take another year. Show more

Great Improvement from V1, works well! Easy to connect from app instead of settings. Access to EQ and GUI is a lot better!

Its about the same the eq section is much improved and. Don't remember the spill function. Just gotta get all you guys have packed into the x32 app into the bigger desks.. Show more
