    App Issue
For some reason this app isn’t very compatible with an iPhone 8. Please fix this issue so that people with iPhone can use the app to its fullest capabilities.

    Update Broke the App
An update was pushed out 2 weeks ago and broke the app. The mixing portion is just greyed out now. Why is there no fix for this? It’s been 2 weeks of having no ability to control our mix. Very disappointed in the lack of development and testing of the app. Show more

    Update takes away all usefulness
The version before this update was fantastic. Now all we have are gray boxes where there used to be sliders. All functionality is gone. Please tell me this is an issue that is being fixed! Or at least roll back to the previous version so we can actually use this app while you figure out what went wrong. It’s was a solid app that was perfect for controlling in ear monitors. Now we are stuck without any recourse. I don’t even know: is it possible to just go back to the previous version? I was very happy with it. Show more

    Please fix ASAP!
No access to mixers since update. If you have this app, don’t update it! Back of the house has more work now. It worked great before this update, please fix ASAP! Show more

    Update fail
Since the last update this app no longer works. My entire team, except for one individual who did not update, can no longer control anything. Guess the front of house will be mixing monitors until this gets fixed. Sorry sound guys PreSonus thinks you do not have enough work. Show more

New Version Won’t Allow Mix Adjustments
Our church has been using this app for years with relatively no issues. However, it seems after this latest update, it won’t allow for adjustment of individual mixes. One of our band members has the old version and it works fine, but the new one won’t work for anyone. Really hope this can get resolved ASAP as it’s a large part of our band’s in-ear experience. Love It!
it may not be that handy if you play lead guitar, but I set the phone on my keyboard and can make quick changes easily. No more getting killed by your buddy’s too hot lead setting. You know it’s coming, just pot it down a bit. I haven’t asked the sound man for a thing in 2 years. An absolute must if you use in-ears Show more

    Terrific battery killer
The app itself is fantastic. Our church has been using this app to control musician’s mixes wirelessly for years. However, it MURDERS every battery. We just compared battery stats, and they were unanimous. It doesn’t matter what software version you’re on or how new your phone is (brand new iphone here). Through leaving the app on and connected for 20 minutes, we usually lose 15-25%. As I said, the app works great, and does exactly what we need. But if the battery issue could be fixed (or at least reduced), that’d be worth a 4-star review. (I don’t believe 1 or 5-star reviews should be taken seriously). Show more

Does not work with iPhone X
This was a great app before I got the iPhone X. With the new phone, I can no longer see the individual mixers. With my last phone, you turn the phone sideways to see the individual mixers. This phone doesn’t respond. My dad also has the iPhone X and he had he same problem. I’ve waited for an update to fix this issue since October. As a drummer, it’s very inconvenient during a live performance to not be able to adjust the mixers to what I need. Furthermore, It is impossible to get ahold of tech support. They make it hard as possible to reach out to tech support. I’ve been all over their website and no luck. So this is the only way I know how to reach them. Very frustrating! Show more

Worked great for awhile, now un-useable in Landscape Mode, very fragile app
Our music group purchased a Studio Live 32 Series III mixer in Nov. 2017, we all installed QMix-UC on our iPhones (and on one iPad) and everything was working wonderfully! Using router specified by Presonus (TPLink unit). About a week ago (corresponding we think to the release of iOS 11.2.2 on January 8, 2018), this program no longer runs correctly. Cannot select an Aux mix even when given permission on mixer. Only remembers the last aux mix assigned prior to problems starting a week ago. Only the Wheel of me works, landscape mode is either grayed out or non-functional. Most devices will not go into landscape mode (where the individual faders of an assigned aux mix and groups can be accessed and controlled). We see over the history of this app that many problems are linked to releases of new iOS versions. We think this is probably the case here maybe. Having this program to run our individual aux mixes was a major selling point to us to purchase the new digital mixing console. We had to learn the hard way also to not let our devices go to sleep, else you have to start all over and reconnect to the mixer/go though permissions set up all over again (known problem reported by other users). Have tried to contact Presonus technical support to no avail, on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes, no response, Finally gave up. Show more

    Bugged!
Neither myself nor my bandmates can change orientation of our phone/tablet displays when app is open. This is true on both iOS and Android devices. Therefore, we cannot access all pages, and cannot change any mixer parameters other than the “wheel of me.” Please patch this thing. Show more

    Please add listen feature
Please add the feature so your headphones can play your mix via phone. This would change the game for everyone. You’re a step from it! Please give us this feature.

    Always advancing!
This app makes set so easy... my band mates can concentrate on instruments while I set up sound and we're up in no time!

No support for old Studiolive consoles
I have an original Studiolive 24 channel board (before the AI came out), and now Presonus has discontinued the original QMix app without adding compatibility in their new app, so I no longer have the ability to control my board wirelessly. Show more

Great App, better than traditional headphone setup.
I record as mny as 8 musicians at a time. I could have gone the Behringer route for headphone mixers, this is so much better. Studio 192/DP88 combinationation gives me 8 stereo headphone mixes and I only need a stereo TRS female at each station. I have never had a problem. You'll need a reliable wifi router. I recommend your router is dedicated to the system and not connected to the internet, only so that musicians' phones don't start playing notification sounds during a take. Presonus is the best. Accessibility?
I am a church pianist, and we have recently switched to PreSonus Audio. As a blind user, I had initial concerns about the accessibility of the app. I was happy to discover upon downloading the app that it was fully accessible. However, with the latest release, VoiceOver reads nothing on the screen. I was disappointed but felt that the app developer might not have considered accessibility. I hoped that an email would get the ball rolling, but when I sent the email, I was told that accessibility had never been tested (as I suspected) and that unless enough people requested it, it probably would not be considered for future releases. This is very disappointing to me since I can no longer control my sound independently and must rely on others to do it for me. I do like the app, but unless accessibility is implemented, I cannot use it and will not recommend it to others. Show more
