I paid 10 bucks years ago, but only very recently started using the app. It was working fine until today when I’m not allowed to access my hi res library and the app now showing ads. I can’t even restore my purchase. I’m forced to delete the app. Buyers beware of this scammy practice. Show more

I started out using the free version years back that had advertisements. I paid for the HF version and was free from the ads. Now with this latest software update, we’re seeing ads on the paid HF version of the app? Why?! Show more

There is no option that allows you the ability to add a song alphabetically meaning a new song that’s starts with a ‘L’ will end up after a song starting with a ‘Z’. The edit button only allows for adding or deleting songs and not moving their position in the playlist. Show more

Hoping developers answer this. What does 3.6 Mhz DoP do? This app delivers bit perfect PCM or DSD over PCM up to 384k and 11.56Mhz. Easy to use interface. It has a nifty PCM to DoubleDSD converter that improves the sound of your low res PCM by decomposing it into 1 bit DSD and then over PCM. It makes a big difference. It would be nice to manage content better and to have more control over what metadata is available but it’s still great, particularly if you have any MQA content. It sends the unadulterated PCM to your DAC, through a camera adapter without ruining the MQA data. Again, i hope a developer reads this so they can explain the 3.6 DoP setting and share a link to source code so I csn mod this app Show more

I just used this for FLAC and DSF. With itunes library it is not playing good.

What Happened To Landscape Mode?

Really liked this app until a few days ago when it was upgraded to 2.14. I rely heavily on the EQ for being able to enjoy listening to music on the usual subpar audio that comes in most vehicles. I drive two vehicles that I have fine tuned with EQ presets and ever since I updated the app I cannot switch between the two because when I flip the phone to view the EQ nothing happens. Yes, I’ve made sure my orientation lock isn’t on. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. Show more

this app has great feature but i am hoping for an app redesign for ios 15. i hope it gets rid of the seperate area for music as in one for ipod and the other for hi res, one area for the music would make this app better. also a widget would be nice to just click the widget to access the last album that was playeed or even the eq. this app provides amazing soung quality but a few design tweeks and it will blow everyone else out of the water! Although this app supports ODP on my iPhone and older IPad Pro with a lightning connector and an Apple CCK I cannot get it to export DSF files to a Mojo thru USB C of the current iPad Pro It just downgrades every DSF file to pcm even though the DOP switch is turned on I thought this might be hardware or iOS related but using another high res app , it works fine. Best music player APP for iOS. If they would make an iPad version and Continue to support the APP they would have a grateful throng of dedicated followers.

I'm a big onkyo fan. This app is nice and clean, works well. I really, really wish it would support carplay. Please onkyo, please add carplay support!!!

The sound quality of this app is amazing. And so is the functionality of it. But Onkyo needs to update this app in my opinion with combining hi res and iPod into one library as an option in the settings also Apple Watch support that you are also able to download a playlist to your watch if you decide to workout that would be great to move away from the Apple Music app. Also another great feature would be to have widgets for iOS 14 and iOS 15 that is coming up. The last feature that would really round it off is to allow MQA.flac and MQA.ALAC files on this app for decoding. Show more

Edit: 2.13 fixes the tabs issue. Edit: the biggest issue I have is the placement of the ad/currently playing song makes it virtually impossible to switch to the tab where I'd load a playlist. Fwiw I'm using an XS max. Accidentally upgraded to 2.8 and now there's a fugly ad that covers a row of album names. Back up your install, so you can roll back if you screw up.
