Currently the only platform to listen to mr husk aka (A Thousand Leaves) he posts amazing loops on here. but besides that it’s pretty convenient, you listen to what you pay for it’s not like spotify with a singular monthly subscription this is more geared towards supporting smaller artists Show more

I would love and hope to soon be able to make play lists with the albums I have purchased. I tend to have. Wind down routine and to pick all the best wind down tunes in one beautiful soothing Playlist would be amazing. Show more

Very good app, you can support small artist without having to spend a crap ton of money, but would be nice to have bandcamp on Apple Watch too :3

Dear dear all, Love the website, love the company, love everything you guys have done. But please, today is 2022 September 30th, we still need to shift to browsers to open an INTERNAL LINK. If it’s a Bandcamp INTERNAL LINKS, it should be able to open INTERNALLY. Love the app and the ability to download music but I would like to see a dark mode added soon!

I find all of my music through here, and have had no issues with it. I’m loving everything you guys do besides these two things…(which would make life incredibly easy) 1. Why did we remove the shuffle collection feature? I have so much in my collection that being able to shuffle through them all at once helped me rediscover old classics that I don’t have the time to search for during the day. 2. INTEGRATE WITH APPLE PAY. Or do something where we have the same capabilities as android. Buying music straight through the app would increase how much I bought by a MILLION. I’d be broke if this feature dropped. Please read? Love you guys and gals at bandcamp. You have changed my life for the better giving artists including myself a platform to express ourselves. No longer remembers when you left off on a given track which has basically rendered the app/platform useless for podcasts. This wasn’t always the case, but it is now and it’s infuriating especially when you’ve invested lots of money into content on this platform. FIX THIS NOW Show more

I listen to it often to listen to some records and cds I have purchased through the app on the go, as they included digital codes for download or bandcamp access. You can also listen to music you have not purchased, to some extent. Sometimes we do make mistakes with purchases, the app has no way to remove or hide those albums we may want out of there, out of there. Likewise, if you buy something through bandcamp that does not include digital access, those things can appear in your library leading you to try to listen to something you can not actually listen to. I would like to be able to hide these from the playable collection as well. The player generally works well, but sometimes it will randomly stop at the end of a song. I have downloaded a number of my albums to my phone for easier access in areas with bad signals. Others might do this because they don’t want to use up limited data. I believe it doesn’t actually play the downloaded track, but rather still accesses the online version because I have had the music not play, even when downloaded, when in areas without wifi and low bar coverage. I would expect that if I am listening to songs in the section marked downloaded, that it would be playing those files. I am unsure. Regardless of any of this, this is a great app to connect to artists, some with material that is not on Apple Music or Spotify. If you really love some songs and some music artists, support them by buying their physical or digital releases and merch like tshirts through bandcamp. Show more

On an iPhone SE (2020) running iOS 15.6.1 I'm not getting any sound through wired ear buds. Other than that, the app is ok.

Queuing is great, but the implementation is weird. Add to queue should *add* to now playing, regardless of whether what is playing was added through the queue system. If you play a track or album without enqueuing things and then *add* to it later, the current queue gets wiped and it starts playing the added tracks. Weird decision there. That’s honestly the biggest issue, so pretty easy 4 stars, but it could be better. Show more

Music covers are always questionable, but if you have kids watch out. Band camp decided that it would be a good idea to showcase front and center on their home screen a topless person. Either it’s a woman and they have to be breaking some sort of pornography rules here (or has apple just abandoned that?), or they are getting around the rules by deciding that she’s actually a dude and therefore it’s somehow ok. Idk, either way seems like the app deserves a higher rating than 12+, and this app is clearly not for me or my family. Good for her that she made some music and got featured. Be nice if she put a shirt on. Show more

How is there still no dark mode? What year is this? The UX leaves so much to the imagination. Pretty barebones and unimpressive.

Other than buying a ticket to a show, this is the best way to support independent artists around the world!

I’m an UI/UX designer, and I want to know why there isn’t an option to buy on the app??? Design school taught us how mobile-first is important and the fact that they don’t give an option to buy via the app is crazy. Tired of going to my computer or forgetting to download something when I don’t have my computer around. Get some UX designers! Show more
