    Overall works well, but…
    It would be much better if the time display was linked to the internet time zone of the user. It should follow daylight savings time protocol too. An expensive model not to self regulate this function. Show more

    Lost Volume control with SoundTouch
    I used to use the SoundTouch to control the music sound volume all 3 of my Wave Music Systems. They worked great until last week when the SoundTouch App couldn’t control the volume on my 3 systems anymore. Something happened to the App, or the firmware of the systems. Can you check and fix?     Very little support for products purchased five years ago
    I spent a lot of money on SoundTouch speakers. They don’t make them anymore now. I really don’t think that after 12+ years of being a Bose customer that I would buy another speaker from them again. That’s a lot of money to invest in a product but they don’t support very well. The app for the speakers is buggy always trying to search for the speaker when it was connected to minutes before. There has not been an update in over a year. It’s very disappointing and I just don’t feel another investment with this company would be a good one. When they work they sound great. I’ve called the company and they couldn’t give me any information about the app or whether or not they were going to update it, nothing. I just find that unacceptable for such a large investment. He did tell me I could buy a new speaker, that won’t happen. Do better Bose can I please before you lose customers Show more

    Problemas
    Tengo un life Style 650 con un sa5 y cuando uno ambas zonas y le subo el volumen a la zona principal el volumen queda el volumen pegado se va subiendo solo, tengo que cerrar la aplicación y volverla abrir para que se detenga. Necesito ayuda con este problema. Show more

    Really poor user experience
    My sound bar cannot connect to the Orbi network. Real poor interface and bad user experience!

    Cuts out every 5 seconds
    The speakers will not work for some reason and I cannot listen to music because it disconnects every 5 seconds of the song. Constantly cutting in and out. I tried the Bluetooth setting and same thing. I have to keep my phone on I’m the app for it to work properly Show more
