    Total game changer!
I have the Roadie bass tuner and it is indispensable to me! I am a working live musician along with running my own home studio. I currently have 20+ instruments and I use it to tune every one of them live, and in my studio! Show more

    Update
The company has graciously send me a new Roadie 2. They have been very patient with me and helped me greatly.

It doesn’t tune your guitar in seconds
Because there’s a sign in procedure. Because you have to sign in. To tune your guitar. Why is there a sign in to tune your guitar? I paid $100 for this little gadget, that alleges that it’s going to my guitar in seconds. But I hear I am fumbling around with a sign in, and no guitar tuning is happening. And I have to be connected to the Internet to tune my guitar. I guess you could say I’m not satisfied. Because the time it’s taking me to write this entire review, repeating myself all the way, my sign and still hasn’t happened. And my guitar is not tuned. And I feel like somebody owes me $100. Making its way closer to the trash
It worked perfect before so why do i need to be forced to create an account for features I don’t need or want. The extra features you say creating an account brings, I don’t need. It should be optional; “get this extra functionality if you create an account.” Update: this developer statement is 100% false and has guaranteed my roadie’s fate: The Roadie Tuner app has always required creating an account. Roti original
What the hell have you done to my perfectly usable & reliable product? Now it is pretty much useless I’m considering the garbage! I had every thing set up the way I wanted it for my four guitar’s. I do not understand this New app. It makes absolutely no sense to me. Show more

    App Crashes
Sometime after the last update the app will crash immediately after opening on my iPhone 6s. It’s getting really annoying trying to use the app when it constantly crashes. I’d love to recommend the roadie tuner to friends but I can’t get in to the app to refer anyone. I will update my review once these issues are cleared up. Show more

    Software ruined great hardware
I have the original Roadie. It worked awesome until the software required you to log in with an account. Now it doesn’t work the majority of times I try to use it. Ironically ever since creating an ‘account’ my instruments have not been saved. The screen also glitches when trying to tune and doesn’t even show the option to pluck the strings. Wish the company focused more on the great hardware they had rather than mining the users data. Show more

    Brilliant tool!
I have both a Ukulele and electric Guitar. Tuning these in the standard or any alternative tunes is the simplest thing to do. Fantastic design! I am not related to the Roadi company at all just a very happy user! Show more

    New Roadie 2 app
I’ve had a Roadie 2 since they were released last year and these things can’t be beat. They work flawlessly, are easy to use and are reliable. The app is amazing and gets better as time goes on. I have 15 guitars and I can list them all, set my favorite default tuning for each one individually and just tune and play. These guys have thought of just about everything. I say almost because they just keep adding features to all the cool things it already does. I highly recommend this product and app simply because the people at Roadie have created a great product and stand behind and keep improving on it. Not like most established companies that come out with a new product, hype it, sell it, support it for a few months and it’s on to the next new thing and forget about the last product. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed! Show more

I use this every time i play guitar
I use this mostly for alternate tunings. Also my adapter broke on me but they replaced it for free after a couple of emails. Great customer service. Love this app

    Awesome when it works!
This device and the complementary app are absolutely brilliant… However they are also absolutely buggy. My app won’t even locate my Roadie any longer nor show all of the separate tunings I created which took me about 30 minutes to create… I will definitely improve my review and rating once the app makes an improvement but until then I can only give it 2 stars. I’m very optimistic about the future developments and improvements that I hope and believe will be forthcoming. Show more

    Waste
Won’t even launch on iPhone X

Still a few bugs but improving.
Really like the ability of the version 2 device to use it without the app, but the app just makes it so much better. There are still some bugs here and there. It crashed on me twice, once while connecting the roadie 2 through Bluetooth, and again while syncing with the roadie 2 so that my instrument profiles loaded on the app. Aside from that its working pretty good and I'm liking it a lot. Great Tuner
This tuner is a game changer for guitarists especially if you own multiple instruments. It's fast, accurate and a joy to use. Support is also very good. I had a problem with syncing my tuner to the iPhone app and naturally thought it was the device at fault. Roadie support answered my emails almost as fast as I could send them and kept with me until the situation was resolved. It turned out it was my iPhone that was at fault. I can't recommend this device enough. Show more

    Works now with Roadie 2
After the previous update this app now connects to my Roadie and seems to work fine. I'm not sure how to calibrate it anymore, and the tuning isn't completely accurate, but it generally works. Show more

Not SUPPOSED to support Roadie 2 yet!
I have no connection to the developer, but I just received my Roadie 2 this week from their Kickstarter campaign - as did everyone else who owns one. The dev has clearly stated on Kickstarter that the app will be updated to support the new hardware (which, incidentally, can perform many standalone functions without any app) shortly. I’m glad you use Linux (as if that’s rocket science). Try learning to read English before you bash an app because it cannot connect to a device it is not yet updated to support. If the delay bothers you, complain on Kickstarter instead of trashing an app that you have not used for its currently-intended purpose. Show more

    Roadie does not connect
Follow the instructions, app doesn’t recognize my roadie 2 on my iPhone 8. Support also not helpful. Clearly needs fixing. Also my guitar is less in tune with the roadie than without. Again support says I need the app to address the issue, but I can’t connect it! Super frustrating! Will probably end up deleting the app and returning the device. Show more

    Not Roadie 2 Compatible!
I pre ordered the Roadie 2 in order to manage my alternate tunings and it doesn’t even connect to the app. This version is outdated and needs to be fixed. Now I have a Roadie 2 that only let’s me tune in standard tuning. Show more

Just got it. Now I’ll remove
This looked like a great app when I saw a friend use it at a jam, so I downloaded it. Now I see I have to set up an account to use it. I’m not interested in syncing instruments on multiple devices. Why would anyone want to do that? I just want to tune my instruments. Oh well. I’m deleting it. I have other perfectly good tuner apps that don’t require an account. Show more
