    Unfortunate product decision
    Now requires an account or Facebook account link to use, rendering a great product essential useless if I don't want to give my personal details for a product I helped kickstart(x2). Terrible decision. It will probably kill your otherwise good product because you have now wasted $200 of my money. Show more

    Terrible change to app - now requires a login to tune my guitar?
    I've had a lot of fun with my Roadie Tuner and have recommended it to a lot of people. But now the latest app updates have bricked a piece of equipment I own and is holding it hostage until I either share my Facebook info or create yet another unneccessary, potentially insecure, cloud account. No. I'm done. Roadie is fun and unique, yes. But there are lots of ways to accurately tune a guitar without one. So no more recommendations, no gift purchases, no supporting the next gen Kickstarter, and absolutely no praise on social media. Remove the required login and let me use my Roadie as I have been using it since the day I got it! Then you'll get five stars. Show more

    Good Design - Less but better
    Roadie app concentrates on the design essentials and it gets them right. A very simplistic approach to tuning which is refreshing. I also use it with Roadie tuner (hardware) - a pure guitar tuner that tunes a string with 1-2 plucks. There are minor improvements that can be made to the hardware to ensure that it is long lasting, but I'm very happy with mine. Good things to come. Show more

    Requiring Sign in Now
    Why do I need an account to use a piece of equipment I bought? I was happy with the tuner before the update, but now I'm frustrated because it suddenly required me to set up an account before I could tune when I was on a time restraint. Show more

    Are we hiding negative feedback?
    Forcing me to set up an account to use an which previously did not require it? Should be opt-in, noit strong-arm. I put in bogus info so you didn't get your hooks in my personal Facebook data (your real goal). Plus as a bonus, the new version crashing every two minutes. You guys are geniuses (not). Way to turn fans into disgruntled customers. I used to be an ambassador for your product, now I will loudly and widely do my best to steer people away. My negative review (and others) on the current version was posted to the cluttered previous versions page and not shown on the current version reviews. I feel it's relatively (on-purpose?) "hidden" WTH??? Show more

    Intrusive update
    I bought the roadie while it was on Kickstarter, the project I ever backed. Today I got an update that I absolutely hate. I now must sign in to be able to use the product. Why? Everyday I get about 70 emails but less that 5 are actually from family, friends, or colleagues. The other 65 are time wasting solicitations. Now band industry wishes to join them. I understand some people wish to be able to tune on any iOS device. That's fine those people who want that feature should be able to sign in. I on the other hand would like to use the product as I always have without sign in. Show more

    No iPad version
    I have this on my phone And it works fine I have a huge problem with it not being available on the iPad. Just an incredibly dumb oversight. Quit being stupid and put it on the iPad Show more

    Thoroughly impressed!
    I've just finished tuning my nylon string acoustic guitar with the device for which this app was made. I enjoyed watching the gadget so it's thing. I don't think I've ever gotten a better, richer sound from this guitar before! The notes resonate beautifully now. I'm very happy. I haven't yet tried it on my solid body electric guitars. The device comes with a cable with which you can plug your guitar directly into the iPhone. Looking forward to trying it. Show more

    Great App + Tuner except 1 thing
    Why does the app not natively support the 5.5" resolution? The iPhone 6 Plus first introduced this screen size nearly 2 years ago. I'll update to five stars when the app + keyboard isn't zoomed and scaled, dominating my screen space unnecessarily Show more
