There appears to be issues with decoding metadata. On at least three streams I looked at/listened to, the artist/title info displayed 文字化け (mojibake meaning garbage). I couldn’t tell just from looking if it was because of the data being in SJIS instead of UTF8, but it should probably be looked at. Show more

Found this app by accident, so glad I did, hope this is the beginning of a long relationship

Does what the app says it will do. That is to say that you can listen to Japanese music for free whenever and wherever, assuming you have signal. Best thing about it is that you can minimize the app and still listen to the audio. Show more

I went through the stations but most of them won’t even play anything. I’m using WiFi so it’s not the connection issue. Some do play but they are all anime stuff that I have no interest in. Uninstalling. Show more

Amazing App great radio quality.. More than any other app I’ve used

There is no in-app volume control. This would be an excellent feature, because I like to listen to J-Pop while learning Japanese on my phone, but I still need to clearly hear word/sound pronunciation in the app that I use for lessons. With that said; I love the variety of stations, and that they all work :) I will be keeping this app on my phone, in the hopes that there is an update that adds a volume control. In the meantime, I had to find a different Jpn radio app to use while studying. Show more
