Basically useless after the new update, would much prefer manual refreshing to random missed scrobbles. Wish I could get a refund, but oh well.

The last few updates have effectively killed this app for me. They removed the feature to Drop Tracks, which helped when I synced my phone to iTunes because the app would duplicate plays from my laptop. The app also no longer has a self-refresh, so you have to wait and hope that the app refreshes itself, so you have no real way of knowing if it grabbed your recent plays. The app also fails to load tracks that were played if the app was not open in the background, which means I have lost many scrobbles. The app doesn’t allow the user to decide whether to disable background app refresh when on low battery mode, which also means I have lost many scrobbles; even though I would like to have the app still refresh in the background no matter my battery percentage. Overall, when this app DECIDES to want to work, it is decent. But as it stands, the app needs many changes to become a 5 star app—especially if they are charging money! Show more

Perfect. Auto scrobbling of Apple Music, even the tracks not in your library. Just what I was looking for. Works amazingly well. No details of your Last.fm profile. Just does one thing: scrobbles. Please keep this app maintained! I came from Eavescrob and am now using QuietScrob. Show more

Been using quietscrob for about a year since it’s the only one I can find with no scrobbling issues. Unfortunately after this new update I guess the way they count scrobbles is different and flawed since I was missing about 1/3 of the music I listened to after a week of the new update. It pauses scrobbling on low power mode too with no warning, which was something that was never an issue before. Hopefully there’s a new update that’s coming that can fix some of these problems but until then it looks like I’m going to have to go to the last fm app :( Show more

Before the dark mode / non-library scrobbles update, this app was fantastic. Even when it occasionally missed a track I had listened to, it would eventually pick it up. Post-update, there’s no scrobbling in Low Power Mode, which is a major downgrade. Sometimes I even have the app open on my phone and it misses scrobbles, and now there’s no way to get them back. It’s totally bizarre. Show more

Really enjoyed using the app before the latest update. Unfortunately, with the implementation of auto-refresh, it's gotten a bit inconvenient to use. When you have your phone on Low Power Mode, the Background App Refresh gets disabled and doesn't process any scrobbles. Without a manual refresh button, that history is lost even if you restart the app in the hope it tries to access Music's listening history. Please bring back the manual refresh button, or please make the app have the ability to operate even in Low Power Mode—QuietScrob is already such a lightweight of an app, it's frustrating that it loses its functionality because of a function that's supposed to limit bigger data apps. I don’t know what you guys did, but the recent update has basically ruined this app for me. I primarily use this app to track what I scrobble on Apple Music and it did it perfectly before, I didn’t even mind having to manually refresh it sometimes. Ever since the new update it will not track my scrobbles at all and I’ve tried everything with no option to manually refresh. What happened? I really hope this is fixed because I only use Apple Music and now it won’t track any of my music Show more

Sometimes it's scrobbles nicely as long as you have the songs saved on your phone, sometimes it doesn't and it skips over songs that were scrobbled. Wish it could be fixed. UPDATE: Went from 3 to 1. The new update will not scrobble any of my songs. It'll song its being played on my last fm but it wont register it and I can't manually refresh myself. Show more

Just wish it could run in the background always

I use Apple Music and had a hard time finding scrobblers that work with it. This app was doing great at it until the new update that removed the manual refresh feature. Now it doesn’t scrobble anything. Hopefully this gets fixed. Show more
