Hello, why is sound not coming out when plugged to a speaker? It works through the cellphone speakers but not connected to a mixer.

Playback is awesome!! I've been using it for years on an iPad and I have been waiting for this to be available on the mac version. I do do have a comment/question. On a iPad, you can select the individual measures to start the song. This is super helpful when you are practicing the song by your self or with the band. However, I am not seeing that functionality on the mac version. It only gives you the option to start the song at the beginning of each section (ex. verse, chorus). Perhaps, I am doing something wrong but can we have the same functionality as an iPad where we can start on individul measures rather than just at the beginning of sections of songs? Show more

This app worked wonderfully when I got it but the last month or two it keeps getting quieter… I have my phone turned up, the app turned up and can still barely hear it. Then went to use the app to sing in church and the app wouldn’t work with their sound system… as I have done many times with other sound systems in the past. It’s the app because I played music off my phone just fine. Please fix. Show more

Playback has been a blessing and super helpful to our church and to our worship team. Lately it’s been getting off beat A LOT, and we thought it was us playing but as we kept noticing it consistently we saw it was the app doing it. Every week there’s always some new update that supposedly fixes bug issues and makes the app better, but we still encounter the off beat. I would love to continue using this app, but if it’s going to be doing this every time and hold us back then idk if we can. Show more

Aside from the “glitches” and what not that seem to be happening frequently... AFTER I pay $35-40 for a track, I need to pay MORE to use it with any kind of efficiency in a live setting? No thanks. I’ll just stick with Prime and Ableton. ?? Thank you for your totally generous response that’s posted on nearly every review I’ve looked at. It’s as useless as paying $40 for a track, then not being able to effectively utilize it in the app unless wove bleed MORE of our budget every month. Pathetic. I’m gonna be forced to stick with Prime and LoopCommunity. Thanks guys. Show more

Playback..... you let me down, as soon as I started the set ....

I love this app, by far it has now passed the Prime app from loop community. I’ve been asking for tempo changes for a while and playback has delivered! One small thing though. I’ve tried loading one of the songs into my set list, but for some odd reason, it will change a chorus part for a verse. Making the track to crash. I’ve tried reloading and uploading the track again and still get the same result. This has only happen on my IPhone though. iPad works awesome. It’s just a little concern since my team úsese their phones to be able to practice the songs. Please fix this! Thank you! And awesome Job!!!!! Show more

This app is great when it comes to use in a live performance. Where it's insanely glitchy is when you use subscriptions and rental credits. Using rental credits requires it to process before you download the tracks. This very often gets stuck in processing limbo, preventing you from being able to download the track. One time I had a Pro subscription, then decided to upgrade to Premium. It didn't let me upgrade until the Pro subscription ended, preventing me from using the Premium features for weeks. Show more

I just purchased an accompaniment and downloaded this app but I’m only hearing sound through the right side. I’ve tried three different pairs of headphones and the problem persists, but when I switch to another music app everything sounds fine. What’s the deal? Show more

Nice app!

This app crashes all the time. I have to then uninstall and reinstall it and then reload my whole set list. I’ve updated everything so many times, but the crash keeps happening over and over and over again. It is so annoying to have some thing so important to my church service that I pay for but crashes like the devil lives in my iPad. Show more

I use my iPad for lead sheets as well as playback. It would be AMAZING if you would fix the iPad app so that it could share the screen with another app. I would LOVE to be able to see Playback on one half of my screen and OnSong or ChartBuilder on the other half! Show more

Will update this review if the issues addressed below are fixed in the next update. Love the app but wish the labels were customizable. It can be frustrating to call out the opening Verse as Verse instead of Verse 1 And have the same label for different sections i.e. 1. Deep Cries Out: Verse 1 & 2 are both labeled as Verse 1. 2. This is how we Party: opening Verse is labeled as Verse and the very next verse is labeled as Verse 1. 2020-04-19: The new update is annoying... When a song expires, there isn’t an option to delete the song, like before...only to rent again or to load the click track for it. 2020-05-03: I wish there was a way to copy settings, like copy settings from one pad to another. And I’m not sure why, but the ACCENT is greyed out and I can’t hear it anymore, why is that? I’m not sure how that happened in the first place. 2020-08-30: Why can’t I add a transition while a track is being played, like before. A couple of times I’ve forgotten to add a transition between tracks and man, it’s terrifying Please fix this issue Show more

We’ve been using playback for years now and had random issues with tracks overlapping and getting off beat. These things are usually worked out before service because I run our tracks several times before executing. About four weeks ago, Playback has started crashing mid service and this is embarrassing to say the least. We still run the tracks repeatedly before service, however for some reason about halfway through the second song it just crashes. We are running a device that is only about 6 months old and is up to date. I always exit all apps minus this before running. Please help correct this issue. Show more

Anything but the most basic feature requires extra monthly payments. Nickel and Dime churches when things are tough - how did that decision get made?

I love playback and multi tracks.com. A huge selection of songs and ability to upload your own tracks makes this my favorite multitrack playback app!!

The app is great but for some of us, we need to have 2 separate Network Sessions in order to avoid same MIDI cue conflicts
