    Great idea... not dependable
    I’m running on my iPhone and the app will randomly put the guide in the wrong spot and do some very odd things with the click track. I don’t trust it to use in a live setting Show more

    Update
    Updated yesterday and tracks would not load. Restarted the whole app waited forever for it to hopefully reload and ended up loosing more rentals just to get what I needed for Sunday service. Usually have no problems but this was very upsetting. Show more

    A great tool when it works
    I’ve seen people say the tracks go out of sync and I never understood how that could happen since it’s one track played together...and then it happened. I just finished worship for midweek service and all of a sudden, the drums, keys, and guitar start playing avant-garde jazz or something. Do we follow the drums? The keys? It was a mess. I stopped the track and tried again for the next song. It seemed to fix it until half way. I just gave up and will probably close acoustically. I love the app but this was pretty embarrassing. I double checked that it was up to date but that was an experience... Show more

    I want to love it!
    Update: From 3 stars to 1 star. During our worship service on Sunday two songs went off beat halfway through and basically handicapped our singers. After every update there are new issues and the developers don’t take any action to actually test the app in service for reliability after the app is updated. This app and its infrastructure is more and more becoming an obstacle for our worship sets and not a helpful tool. Update: This week is the week I finally have the time to move our MultiTrack infrastructure to Loop Communities Prime App. I will post one last update after we use the Prime App and leave a final review for PlayBack. I’ve been using PlayBack for almost a year now and am it’s been a crazy journey but I’m glad to finally get off the system. I truly hope that others have had less embarrassment using this app due to failures but if you are looking to switch; there are other options. Show more

    Great App, Helpful developers!
    We have been using this for several years, and we rarely have an issue. When we do, support is super responsive and assists us quickly. I see some negative on the reviews, and I’m not sure why. Keep your iOS device up to date and be aware of other background processes! We do have a dedicated device for this and we use a Motu interface to send back 8 audio buses to the booth. Keep it up!!!     Glitches
    This app is great we’ve been using it at our church for years but it always gives us issues and we have to be paying every week for our premium membership which should only be once a month and the costumer service is horrible we never get replies please fix the glitches! Show more

    Editing Tracks
    I love the app, however my Playback app recently updated and now I’m unable to edit tracks. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    New Setlist update is what I’ve been hoping for
    One of my long-awaited features has finally made it in to the app! Will make it so much easier for multiple teams to use the same iPad. Haven’t been this excited about an app update in a long while. Thank you everyone at Multitracks! Now I got my fingers crossed for being able to trim individual song segments such as long instrumentals/refrains. Thanks again for all your hard work and making our jobs as worship leaders so much easier. Show more

    I get(MTUser login error 200.) for the past 2 weeks and haven’t been able to use even though we’re paying
