Can't store your songs locally anymore, and can't use without using their cloud service... That's too bad.

Tried the latest version and it will not run on my iPad 1 with 5.1.1 iOS. Starts then bombs out.

The newest version now requires you to create an account with the developer's cloud service before you can do anything. I just wanted to test the app and see how well the notation works. More stars if I could actually have reviewed app. Show more

It works! This app would be far more useful with some export functionality. As far as printing, a screen shot converted to a PDF is easy enough. It would be nice to set a time signature, key and tempo and get a count off before recording. Actually, setting those things before recording seems like it would make less work for the app. I just recorded 12 measures of 4/4 and the app made it 8 measures of 6/4. An understandable mistake for a machine that wants to hear It was easy to fix, but setting the time before recording would be even easier. It did get the key right, though what I played was diatonic major. Show more

I didn't think it would actually work! It's perfect!

I like being able to get a tune that's in my head down in a preservable form. I do not like that I can't print or add lyrics. Editable feature is somewhat confusing. Fix those 3 things and you've got yourself a five star winner. Show more

easy to learn; can edit and send to a co-writer. perfect app for quick melody ideas.
