As the title implies, I convert my m4a files to the mp3 format. Easy to use and obviously converts many different types of music formats to my standard "mp3".

I use this app regularly, converting into mp3 most of the other formats accepted: wav, flac, mp4. It is accurate, fast and simple to use. Highly recormmend it!!!

This is a simple app, but it does what it is supposed to with no drama. I used the free version for a while and then bought the paid version.

MS user for 40 yrs. Switched to MacOS and, oh crap, what am i going to?! Tried other conversion software and was constantly having issues of many assorted kinds. Then I found this one! Far freakin' out! Works smoothly and efficently. Only took 1 practice run for about 3 minutes and I paid for full version. Have had it now for last 3 yrs. You need to get this application! It works very well and is worth the cost. Yes, I am 68. Just retired and now have time to write reviews and such. Be safe out there. Show more

This is a good, quality converter. Very pleased with its performance doing what it is supposed to do. Only complaint is that it simply will not remember my selection to stop warning me when I'm closing the file progress window even though I always check the box telling it to remember my selection. I keep checking the box hoping it will finally remember it for the future, but it never does. Show more

wont let me convert my music

Solid and simple. Like the payment options for the full function version. Once you know it works, batch conversion is worth paying for. I went for the full payment instead of the subscription. Show more

I wasted my money. I'm sure it works fine for other file types but it does not work for AAX (Audible)

The menu is simple which made it easy to pull up the files for conversion. For my task of conversion of files recorded with QuickTime and Voice Memos into MP3 format, the output files play white noise. $17 for what? Then went online to find any web-based options, and indeed, there are tens of different, free and paid-for services, all of which converted my files. This makes me think that this app is a scummy one. Show more

I've been using this program for almost ten years. I use it to convert .WMA files into .mp3 format and other conversion tasks.

I was very happy to find this app. I manage several libarries for podcasts and website audio content and often have the need for a powerful batch processor for conversions. Appe Compressor choked on the list of 150 + sorted length wav files that I neededt to turn to mp3. This app works great to quickly process and sweeten my source files into mp3. I threw it a list of 150 sorted length wavs and it did the rick flawlessly! Great features for tagging as wel. Loved the-18db Lluffing process on many of my spoken word files. excellent feature that is hard to come by and is the golden rule for podcasting! Thanks for your development! A+++ Show more

I produce a daily video podcast in video format and just wanted an easy way to convert it to MP3 to send to the radio station. I was opening the file in an Audio Editor and exporting as MP3, which took a few minutes. Now I just drag the video file to this program and the whole thing takes a few seconds. Show more

This app is fast, effective and easy to understand to use. Just drag and drop and it begins the conversion. Clickk the question mark (?) and a web page gives clears insturctions on how to use the app. It is simple. I am very happy with this app. I have used other apps that convert file types but this one is the easiest one to use. It convert my audio windowns file type to MP3 in a snap so I can listen to them on my new MacBook Pro. Show more
