All Classical music, you can pick playlists by mood!!!!

Cannot stream music on Apple TV. It streams only concerts. Most music offerings are new releases of old recordings that are inferior to new recordings made on modern equipment. The album art is so small that you cannot read it. It will not expand so that you can read it. The iOS app is very slowww. Show more

The BUT is: if you decide to get a paid subscription, do it on the IDAGIO web site. If you do it on the App Store 1) you will not get credited for it (your account will say that you have a free subscription, not a paid subscription, and you won’t get the benefits that you paid for) and 2) You will need to have a sufficient balance in your Apple account. As usual, Apple requires you to lend them money, interest free, in order to make purchases. They have your credit card number; why can’t they charge it directly for purchases? Show more

Outstanding organization of the types of music.

I have been trying to delete account and no one can ever help me!! So frustrating that every time I try to contact support it says back in 4 hrs or back tomorrow. I literally check every hour and not once has it said available now or they never even care to get back to me after I send them a message. If I could give this a 0 I would because there are apps that have bad customer service but THIS APP literally has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Show more

Incredible variety and he app works perfectly with my iPhone and rather basic speakers. The idea that I can listen to almost any classical piece at any time for less than the price of one CD is amazing. Bravo IDAGIO!! Show more

It’s like a security blanket.

I have a fine sound system with ML speakers and Marantz AVR but cannot play IDAGIO on it. Where is the AirPlay function? Likewise, there is no integration to HEOS, a service which integrates music servers, etc. into sound systems. As it currently, stands I can only listen to IDAGIO selections on my iPhone. IDAGIO, please update your app to at least use AirPlay. Show more

I have totally enjoyed listening to my favorites and discovering composers I never knew about like Ignacio Pleyel and an orchestra like Music Aeterna. The Mood and Concerts appreciated. The ability to put together a comparison of the same piece with different conductors and/or soloists adds to enjoying the music to a greater depth. Show more

Can’t sign up with an email address - the keyboard disappeared and I was unable to create a password.

I absolutely love the mood feature. But it’s missing one important mood - “mixed”! One may not always want just “melancholic” or just “radiant” or just “peaceful”. What if someone just wants a mix/shuffle of ALL the moods? Add this feature and you’ve earned a subscriber! Show more

The app is great and well designed. The curation is top notch. The “mood”-based music is what keeps me coming back: nothing out there matches it. For classical music lovers (and I mean the style more than the time period), there’s simply no better app or service. Show more

What the heck?!! So why can’t I play the music already downloaded wihen cellular disabled or without service ? Catch-22? Is there any use on this feature?

Sound quality and selection is much better than Apple Music

IDAGIO is the classical music app I would want on a desert island.

This app is awesome! I have been a fan of classical music for years and prior to using this app it was a little difficult to explore music by mood. Fortunately this app has a mood feature which you can use to select music based on happiness peacefulness, and so forth. The service also offers lossless audio quality depending on what membership you subscribe to. Needless to say this app is now my go to to listen to my favorite tracks! Show more

App works fine on WiFi but not on cellular service. App always wants to go to offline mode - and yes I did make sure the setting was turned on to allow cellular downloads. And in offline mode, I can’t even play the tracks that I marked for download while connected… I honestly really do miss Primephonic. I guess this is the best available for now. Hopefully, there will be a future iOS update. Show more
