I had piano lessons for six years. I now know that I was not taught the way the instructors teach. She never taught me about chords, and to this day aside from B-flat and E flat, and a lot more, I am so frightened by the Black Keys but, the way an instructor described it was don’t be afraid of the black keys because it’s the way our fingers are unable to have all white keys. It made a lot more sense to me. I look at all of the 44 sharps, but the thing is, as I said my deceased mother taught me how to play I love coffee I love tea and they were basically all black kids when I was five years old! I would love a lesson on how not to be afraid of black keys. This is beautiful. Thank you so much! Show more

I am paying 9.99 a month for this App. In the last 10 days it keeps crashing. It will not let me play a song or download to a pdf. It's stops immediately and I can not even look at sheet music. I just tried again and it keeps saying check your internet. It also says this song can not be played in your country. The app is going crazy tonight. I am upset because I enjoy finding songs and printing the sheet music. For 9.99 I can print all the sheet music I want. But why pay 9.99 when it keeps crashing all day and night. Very upset customer. The music looks really good

I love the music selection in MusicScore! Do a search for a song, and a lot of options come up… if you search for music for certain instruments, like violin, harp, piano, you can find some right away. Get a Pro subscription and you can even save them to a songbook and use them offline, and you can also transpose any of the songs to your preferred key. I come back to this app several times a day for my violin, harp and piano practice! Show more

Don’t get me wrong, the app is great for sheet music. However, now you have to pay for a subscription to basically anything now. It won’t even let me listen to my own song I composed. It just says I need to pay a subscription. Just use the website if you plan on actually doing anything with your compositions Show more

This app is terrible. It’s glitchy, it’s hard to move the line that marks where you are in the song, and the zooming in and out is really confusing. On top of all this, it just stops working sometimes. I wish i could give a half a star rating. Show more

Amazing

I got Musescore pro, and it’s great… But there’s this tab with music learning courses, like skillshare, and it says you need to pay MORE MONEY in order to use them. Like what the heck?! Otherwise musescore pro is amazing though!! Also, it would be nice if you could filter searches to be all the music for a certain key because and oboe could easily play flute music and a clarinet could play trumpet music. I also think it would be nice if there was a way you could turn piano music into other instrument music, by turning chords into notes. Show more

I paid for the subscription but the app quit working! I sent a note to report it, but they instead asked if I wanted to cancel (rather than offer support).

I love that you have to choose the level your on and that it is very cool to learn

Original review I paid for this subscription twice today. Once for $35.99 for one year, and then again with the new year’s offer of $29.99 for one year subscription. I left my phone for one hour, and I was immediately logged out by the app. This is incredibly annoying! However, when, trying to restore my purchases and enter back into the app, it won’t restore any of my purchases. I deleted the app, and re-entered the app to try and restore purchases, yet again with no luck. So, I submitted a refund request to Apple and re-purchased the app for $29.99. However, the app still won’t let me enter after paying, or look at the songs! This is the buggiest app ever!!! I want my $35.99 and $29.99 back! *Edit* MuseScore fixed the issue, it’s no longer a glitchy New Year’s Eve, and I can now use my app! I love it! Get the pro plus, it’s TOTALLY worth the extra upgrade!!! Show more

Excellent tool for mid-level to advanced

I love this app, the variety of music is awesome. One problem though, every once in a while it would tell me that I need to refresh, or check my internet connection. This really bugs me and I hope it’s not just because I don’t have a subscription. Show more
