Great idea in theory, but the streaming music UI within the HEOS app is about the cludgiest thing I’ve seen in a while. Not to mention the log in issues. Ugh. Used to be mediocre, but downright bad now. Show more

As others have said, after the last update it plays one song and then stops. Before the update the app was good not great. Please fix the problem.

Love the app for listening to HD and ultra HD music on Amazon but the last update broke the Amazon music portion. I can only play one song at a time it doesn’t work for playlists, stations or albums, only plays the first song! Show more

I love the HEOS app up until the last update. Amazon music will not play more than one song. It keeps stopping after one song and then goes back to previously played songs. Pandora works fine but Amazon Music is not working anymore. Please fix this app, it was flawless for years. Show more

The app is poorly designed. Once figured out it’s ok to navigate. It’s also glitchy. But the sound is very good.

Updated the app and now neither ipads are not finding my Denon to play music.

Nice app when it works, but constantly loses my Denon Home 350 and AVR-X3700H, but manages to always maintain my AVR-X4700H. Just to unreliable to want to use much.

Latest update only lets me link Amazon music, which no one wants. Nothing else.

I almost never use the Heos Speakers because it takes an hour to troubleshoot to make them work. It was a mistake to buy them.

Do not understand how a music app doesn’t support disk number tag in 2022. Multiple CDs show up under one album and aren’t separated by disk. You can’t listen to any album with multiple disks in the order they were suppose to be. Show more
