This app is necessary for my setup. Since updating to iPadOS 16 the app crashes instantly. This problem is universal with all owners and has been known for months. Behringer has really disappointed me considering the money I have invested in their products. Show more

I bought this to have a digital mixer. I am a soloist using backing tracks and have to manage everything myself. I got this because I can have the app up attached to the mic stand and make tweaks on the go. I no sooner get it and get an iOS 16 update and the app won’t work. I had to buy Mixing Station. Now I am trying to learn that. Very disappointed that I had to buy a third party app to salvage my gig. It takes away from a great mixer. You knew iOS 16was coming out. People depend on the mixer and app to work. Show more

My app is now crashing whenever I tap on a channel- , effects, sends or any button. It even crashes in demo mode. Please fix.

Behringer has no regard for working musicians and sound engineers! The only thing you can do with the app is control overall volume. Try to do anything else and the app crashes. Apple gives ample time to update to the next OS, and Berlinger seems not to care. Show more

Does not work with my ipad pro ios 16.1.1 It crashes when I go to eq please help I really need this app

Is the app not up to date for iOS 16? I'm having problems, the app closes when I try to enter a configuration (setup, metering, channel settings) only the faders for volume work but when you want to make a configuration it closes automatically. Show more

Would someone from Behringer please update this app! This crashes on any attempt to enter the edit mode for any channel, etc. I don’t understand why Behringer isn’t on top of all the latest iOS updates. The X-Air 18 has no physical controls so why wouldn’t this be a priority to all the working artist that invested in their product. This has been going on for too long and I am extremely disappointed! This mixer is still for sale and we were about to purchase another one at the second church I play for, but seeing the app now crashes on my iPad Pro with iOS 16 I don’t know if it will work because this app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Please update to work with iOS 16, this mixer is still being sold online so you should feel obligated to have it working for your customers especially with the $100 price increase from the first one we purchased. Crashes continually on ios 16.

Oh Great, yet another product created to work solely with digital software and the software doesn’t work ?? can’t even start to use this with my iPad because every time I try to go to the setup tab for basic session setup it crashes and closes out. Every time. Amazing. Show more

It seems this app hasn’t been updated in a while but my iPad’s software has and now I’m having issues! Please update this app so I can once again use the EQ settings and other controls. As of now, this app just shuts down when I try. Show more

This app keeps on crashing constantly

The app which is critical in using Berlinger xair18 crashes every time I use a feature beyond the main volume control. Please fix asap as the board is worthless without the app. Show more

Laggy, terrible app that they only update a month after an iOS update breaks the app. Ridiculously terrible support considering the mixer needs the app to function.

When are y’all planning on resolving the app’s iOS 16 crashing bug? I’d really like to resume using my mixer sooner rather than later.

X/MAir is utterly unusable in iOS 16. Crashes when selecting a channel. Every. Single. Time. Works fine prior to iOS 16. This has gone on for months now, and nothing but crickets from Music Tribe. What a giant middle finger to everyone that uses the XAir or MAir series of mixers. Simply appalling. Show more

I love having this on my gen 8 iPad but I upgraded my iOS to iOS 16 and now xair keeps crashing now. But before that the app is grate and I do love it but I can’t even use my iPad on my xair12 now. Show more

If you use this app, you must not update to 16. The setup and effects crash. since this is a front end for hardware, you should hold at iOS 15 and wait till they update this software. The problem is the same if you use the Midas version of the software. Show more
