    Favorite ticketing app
    No surprise fees, great customer service, and easy to find you tickets. SO SO SO much better than ticketmaster. Love this app

    Amazing Customer Service
    Very easy to navigate, including transferring tickets if necessary. No glitches. I reached out to customer service about a transaction error. They responded and resolved the issue in under 12 hours. Highly recommend this app for ticket purchases! Show more

    TERRIBLE
    I was on the wait list for a show. I got a notification email telling me tickets had become available that I didn’t see in time. Literally gave up my spot in a FEW HOURS. Ridiculous. F this app. Show more

    Responded quickly
    Ordered tickets today for the MIRA event in Barcelona and it somehow sent me tix for the wrong day, I requested a refund and they responded within 30 minutes and got me my refund. Thanks for the fast response! Show more

    Lack of user+password login
    Awful UX, lack of user+password assumes we all stay in our little countries and never travel. My SIM card might not be at hand when you decide to log me off randomly. Already happened when friends could not sign in to dice during primavera festival. I hope it’ll be fixed soon. Come on people SIM cards are last century. Show more

    Scam!!!
    Would give 0 stars if possible. Scammed me a day of a sold out show. Said they would sell ticket up to time of show and I had other friends request tickets and they didn’t get any. So they let my unsold ticket go to waste. I lost money and people who wanted to go to the show couldn’t get that ticket. Will be avoiding any DICE tickets in the future. Tried contacting support several times the day of show and no one responds. Terrible customer service lately. It used to be good but something happened recently and not acceptable Show more

    Don’t want your app
    Blah blah blah illegal selling etc… there are ways to deal with this / create on-demand digital tickets without making people download yet another app just for tickets to one show. And I say this as someone who worked in the ticketing industry for a while, as well as someone who works in a technical field. I hope others will not use your system for their shows. Show more

    False advertising
    I purchased 4 tickets on Monday, October 24 to see the BAND Foreigner on October 30. However, I called the venue on Wednesday, October 26 to confirm what time the show will begin and was told it is not the band but a DJ named Foreigner. It was advertised it was the band with the logo and a picture of the band and listed some of their top songs. However, when we discovered it is a DJ performing Sunday October 30, we had no intention of attending and I made several requests for a refund starting on 10/26 until 10/30. I never received a reply so I submitted a dispute charge to my credit card company. A week later, on Nov 2, after the scheduled event I received an email reply stating sorry no refunds per our purchase terms. This is just a scam. Show more

    Super fast and helpful customer service
    I was unable to purchase a ticket that I was on waitlist for. Emailed customer service and got help right away!! Got my FKJ tickets for this Saturday!!!

    App is near unusable for discovery
    3 stars because the app is somewhat functionable and I’ve been actually able to purchase and use tickets. However, from a UX perspective it’s straight garbage. The navigation is confusing, and you literally can’t get a list of events in your city sorted by date — or if you can it’s so confusing it may as well be absent. Both ‘New’ and ‘Upcoming’ options seem to sort in random order. A map option was taken away as well, or at least I can no longer find it (see bad UX comment) Show more

    Very poor customer service
    I purchased tickets via the app and the show nothing mentioned on the ticket was followed. Even when I was there at the venue, no one could tell us anything around when the show would start and I left ultimately. DICE refused to refund my ticket as apparently the organizers told them that the show still happened even though many hours late. Highly unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I will never be using this app / DICE ever again. Show more

    The Worst Customer Service
    Besides being a super restrictive app with bad UI, Dice FM’s customer service is absolutely horrendous. I would never buy tickets from DICE again. Garbage company with garbage service.
