    Horrible app and even worse privacy
    This company does not need a any gps location of a phone in order to send music thru to a speaker via Bluetooth. Pay attention folks. They REQUIRE you to provide your gps location. Wow Show more

    Poor app solution
    I have Omni 10 and Omni 20 and depended on this app to get them connected or volume controls. Used them for a while and then lost it, i.e. I count not find my speakers in the app anymore. Tried to reconnect them on this app again, reset, tried WPS and nothing works. Samsung/HK really needs to put some effort in improving their apps. Show more

    Can’t connect to speaker
    Bought the first generation Omni, the app wasn’t great and I thought they would make it better. They didn’t it stayed bad. Connection issues, volume jumping around, low usability... I moved and changed wifi, and now impossible to connect my speaker to the new wifi. I had a glimmer of hope when I saw the last update (said they fixed it), but still nothing. I don’t know if they are incompetent or just don’t care about clients. (The second speaker broke in the meantime) Show more

    Slow, crash, and doesnt work
    I bought an omni bar plus + 2 omni 10 plus + 2 omni 20 plus, i cant connect all of them because this app is stupid and lag

    I am sick of these speakers
    They always act up and tech support is terrible. I bought an Omni 20 and 3 Omni 10s. Almost $1000 4 years ago and NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!

    Endless Disappointment
    When it worked (a year ago) everything was in sync, it rarely dropped. Now I have to sync it by WPS ONLY or use ONE out of SIX speakers for Bluetooth, since it won’t connect to WiFi. It would be great if HK respected their buyers enough to AT LEAST update the app or provide any kind of use. Show more

    Garbage app great speaker wasted functionality
    I recently bought 2 of the OMNI 10s, Brilliant idea to have 2 identical Bluetooth speakers able to pair for a true stereo sound. Except they can’t pair by Bluetooth and unless you connect with wps on your router it’s impossible to connect 1 let alone both. And if you do manage to get both one ends up disconnecting as you’re trying to enter the stupid password to the new streaming service you’re forced to choose from because they offer not one to pick from that anyone has ever heard of but it keeps telling me failed to authorize credentials and reset the password 3 times already and I’ve still yet to get both to pair successfully to this horrible app. As much as i like the speaker and the sound quality in itself as a stand alone speaker that’s not why i bought the pair. I wanted a nice HD audio system to pair into the auxiliary input for the projector i have that has built in 3D audio support and has a decent enough speaker but I’m watching on 150” projection screen i wanted something a little more bang for the buck but it’s starting to become more difficult than what it’s worth because it seems the only options are hoping that the app will magically stay linked with speakers long enough to try anything else or i have to spend more money to get a switch component and at that point i may as well return these and guy a system that works out the box instead of making claims that are plain inaccurate.     Frustrating. Fix the app please
    Volume button constantly pops up and takes control. Also... after opening app and selecting music, it takes 5+ minutes to begin playing. Its not my wifi. Everything else works well with other apps, and i have wifi whole home mesh routers. Show more

    Crashing
    App will display a checkmark showing connection to my HK Omni 10 and then crash. Tried reinstalling the app but had no success. Before crashing, app would always display volume controls without asking. Show more

    This app is the worst.
    Very disappointed.Unable to set up hk adapt on app with software update issue. Lots of bugs with this app too..im so regret of buying many omni speakers cuz the app is so awful and seems like you guys give up to update the app n fix up the bug. 0 star. Show more

    Please for the love of my sanity fix this app.
    I like my Omni speakers...they sound good, I got them for a good deal, they SHOULD be easy to use. But this app...my goodness. It’s like it was a STEM project for my daughters’ elementary school in teaching code. Volume toggle constantly pops up, lags, freezes, doesn’t connect. Absolutely brutal. Please invest a few hundred dollars in getting a legit developer to fix it so at the very least it works at a basic level. Thank you. Show more

    Google Chromecast-enabled Apps Don’t Work Well
    The Google Chromecast-Enabled Apps connection disconnects every 30 seconds or so and it crackles and pops at the beginning of EVERY song. Now I own a really expensive Bluetooth speakers because Harmon Kardon didn’t take the time to do any real world testing to fix the wireless connection bugs before releasing these speakers. Show more

    Very disappointed but nobody care on H/K
    It is not possible. Too many problems with my Omni 10+. H/K support is zero, nobody hear our opinion. My very big problem is the delay, even if I use 3,5 mmm jack. Delay everywhere... when listening music or video. If nothing happens quickly, I never use H/K speakers. I wait for the moment, but in early future I buy my first love Bose. Show more
