Have two bugs in the DCA groups #1 and the very last DCA group both kick me out of the app

Huge bugs working with RM32AI! All channels go grey, loses all channel names and icons, EQ settings all lost, mute group names gone. See forums for details. Presonus, please release a v2.9.2 that is a backdate to 2.8!! Running 2.8 on my iMac is OK, but iPad on 2.9.1 is now useless. Show more

I have used this app with my RM16AI for years, and now with my 24R. I use this in my studio and I find it an essential tool as I am getting general mixes in place before I sit down at my desk. I see the bad reviews here, but it’s been a reliable tool for me. Show more

Every time they update this, it makes it worse for owners of the rm series

I now can no longer see the board with this app. Amazingly enough connectivity with UMIX UC. Works fine. Maybe go find out how they've done their comms?

It's been several months and I am still unable to connect my iPad to my SL16III. My phone connects fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app on my iPad. I did a factory reset on my board to no avail. Show more

Software is still unreliable with StudioLive III 32R after six months and three updates. Meters drop out regularly, app will not reconnect, settings regularly lost. Customer support has been dismissive and unhelpful. Cannot recommend for professional applications. Considering returning to Allen & Heath. Show more

Since using the Presonus Live III with this app on my iPad has been great from day one. No issues at all.

Keeps getting better and better. Indispensible software for use with PreSonus RM series mixers; the flexibility and mobility of the new breed of digital mixers is amazing, and PreSonus has definitely done it right. I’m still waiting for presonus to fix the issue with UC Surface on Ipad not connecting with studio live serie III. It’s been 2 months so far and nothing...I use to love presonus but now I will think twice before my next purchase. Show more

Just bought a StudioLive 24R. The whole point was to control it with my iPad Pro. I am unable to get my computer to find the app. Waited on hold with customer support for way too long. I think I’ll just return it. Show more

The screen frequently will go all black and you can only close the app. When you reopen it, it no longer finds any on-line mixers. Pressing scan does nothing. I’ve found if you power cycle the mixer, it will find it again. Mixers are at latest firmware. This behavior is completely unacceptable and I’ve switch to a backup mixer for live performances. Our iPad is a brand new iPad Pro 12.3”. Very disappointed in Presonus quality control. Show more

Had issues with two previous updates on my iPad 3rd Gen. Latest patch cleared up all my connectivity issues- just in time for my first drum client to arrive !

This app is terrible to use. It's unreasonably slow to start up. It often doesn't respond to taps. It stops working sometimes- it looks like it's working, but nothing you do has any effect on the mixer. Great idea and features with a terrible buggy implementation. Show more

I like using the UC Surface than the Hardware, to me is one of the best mixers and the Capture2 recorder is amazing. We started using Presonus product for 2 Years now. But I Started using the RML32AI and the StudioLive 32 Series 111 in May 2017 and it gets better and better every time I use it especially the UC Surface with the DCA. Must of the time in our Church Services every Sunday I just use the DCA to do all my Mixing throughout the Service. The production is supper crystal clear clean. How I wish I can use the RML32AI for my stage Mix and use the StudioLive 32 Series 111 for main House Mix with Cat 5 cable? God bless Presonus StudioLive. Thanks, Joe Zisingha. Show more

Will not find StudioLive 32 III. Used the original studio live 16-4-2 boards with the other app with no problems. This one refuses to connect.

I mix with a PreSonus 24.4 Ai for church and we specifically bought that board for the app support. Though the new "2.0" app really didn't add that many features other than aesthetics, I do like the new feel and the new organizational layout, but what I really want for Christmas on the next version of the app is live visual RTA and spectrograph from the app. It's just a wish. We use this app twice a week with few glitches. For two part time inexperienced sound techs, this is as close to plug and play as it gets. PS. Another wish maybe for my birthday would be the ability to move the input channels independently and reorder them. Please please, pretty please. Show more
