App crashes way too much and resets itself quite often. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and it still continues to do the same. Someone needs to look into this.

The sound is great, but lately I've noticed that my streaming numbers have been off. Why is it that when I have a certain track on repeat, the streams don't seem to register? Tidal creates playlists specifically for you at the end of each month based on your top played tracks for the month. Over the past few months I've noticed that songs I've played repeatedly have been left off of my monthly "most listened" playlists, while songs that I've never listened to on purpose, have been appearing on my monthly "most listened" playlists. For example, I have never listened to "Sticky" by Drake in its entirety; I don't even care for that song. So why is it included in my November 2022 "most listened" playlist? Another example, I had "Wetter" by Twista on repeat in December 2022, but the track was not included in my December 2022 most-listened playlist. "Adrenaline Rush" by Twista was included in my December 2022 most listened playlist though. I've never listened to "Adrenaline Rush" in my life. I don't even know the song but I had to block the track on Tidal because I don't want to hear it when I listen to my December 2022 most-listened playlist. The trend I've noticed is that if I play a track repeatedly, the song that comes on immediately afterwards will appear on my monthly "most-listened" playlist, and not the track I was ACTUALLY listening to all month long. It's frustrating because the songs I want to hear are not appearing on my most-listened playlists. Today is January 2, 2023 and currently it says that Drake and Jodeci are my top streamed artists for the month. However, yesterday (1/1/23) I had "Wetter" by Twista on repeat, and I also listened to the new Sza album. So shouldn't Twista and Sza be my top streamed artists for the month so far? ? I find Tidal to have the best algorithm for finding new music to enjoy. The others just play the same songs over and over. Bonus to that the music quality is much better. Can really tell the difference with nice headphone (not so much in my car). Show more

The app constantly is loosing my Hifi plus membership information so it plays the music stereo only. It is recovered after logging out and re-logging in, but it is super annoying. Show more

As a former SoundCloud user I completely recommend switching. Much better layout, higher quality audio, just a much better app in general.

Repeats songs when on shuffle, their recommendations are limited and the app gets to be frustrating to use

We recently subscribed to TIDAL hifi coverage. Most of our hundreds of CDs are already available on TIDAL. We love streaming TIDAL through our stereo system and on our car radios. Big fans!! Show more
