    Horrible. Never connects to Bluetooth
I don’t mind that it doesn’t connect but I do mind that even though I removed the app it still drains my battery on my iPad by having Bluetooth search for it for eternity. Don’t use. You will regret it. Show more

    Buggy and useless
After a month of fighting to get two Omni S2 speakers to work as a surround pair to my Omni bar (which sounds amazing), I decided to surrender and return the two rear speakers because of the buggy WiFi implementation that has made so many customers very mad. Years of customer complains and Polk seems incapable of fixing it! What a shame....the system does sound great... Like many others, it takes me hours to get the speakers connected and to create a surround group. Then, for no apparent reason, both rear speakers disconnect from the WiFi (sometimes a couple of hours later) and it takes HOURS to get it to work again. So frustrating! This issues have been reported since 2014... yes, 2014! I feel bad for the sound engineering team at Polk Audio, who managed to create such a good sound product just to see the system fail in the market due to incompetence by the software team. Show more

    Junk
Spent over $500 and countless hours trying to setup a surround sound system. Worked for 5 minutes then needed updates and now nothing works at all. Support is absolutely no help either. Best help I found was on forums and it was filled with people having nothing but problems. Don’t buy Show more

    Descent sound, but terrible software
Software is problematic. Hard to use. Disconnects constantly. Buy Sonos.

    Terrible setup process
I don’t care about sound quality, having a smart device, etc. I just want a clear setup process that tells me 1) how to connect the sound bar and subwoofer wirelessly to my tv, 2) how to use my tv remote with the speaker. I’m never going to use the speaker to play music over it via my phone or tablet and I’m never using it outside of it playing my tv audio. And what does DTS mean? This acronym is everywhere and there’s no explanation. Please do some product testing with people that don’t setup speakers often and watch what they do. Show more

STOP - Do not waste your time
Ridiculous, this app is horrible! I’ve been trying to connect for over an hour. I’m returning this crap!

    Worse product ever.
I wished I could comment on the sound but I never got there after 2 days of trying to set this up. Error when you select a name of the unit, can’t connect to pandora or Spotify, keeps on telling me I need to update the device but all updates are installed. Update: I used an android device and the software installed. 2 days fussing around with my iPad and 5 minutes on my Android phone. Sound is pretty good. Show more

    Worst connectivity ever
I’m more than disappointed we bought this system. While the sound is great the connectivity is the worst ever. Completely unpredictable and spotty and not user friendly in the least. These UX designer have a lot of work to do to make this even remotely desirable as a user. Sorry folks. Show more

Settings ALWAYS deleted after power outage
I would give this at least 4 stars if I did not have to re-register my play-Fi speakers with the app after EVERY power outage that knocked both the speakers and my wifi(used to connect the rear speakers to the front) out at the same time. Appears they didn’t add any fail safe to hold onto existing settings that you spent hours to customize to your individual setup. It’s basically like playing the FIRST Nintendo system, where if you turned off the console, you always had to start the game from the beginning. Obscure flaw in this product that literally is a primitive problem for where ALL technology has come today. Great job Polk! Show more
