The syncing is not working for Spotify anymore.

I can’t use it anymore, when i open it , i suddenly fall out from the application I have more than 400 songs in there Please fix it Soon as possible I need vox ? Show more

This app worked great for the last year, but now it won’t load any songs. It keeps buffering and skips to the next song without actually playing anything. I deleted the app and re-installed it, but it’s still happening. I’m gonna have to cancel my subscription unfortunately. Will try again in the future. Show more

I’ve had this app for almost 2 years, at first it was really cool with all the unique features but I’ve been having a really annoying issue with the music synced from my Spotify playlist not playing! This has been incredibly annoying. I think I’m going to cancel my subscription because the only thing that happens when I load the app log in and sync my Spotify playlist is the VOX player just skips over my entire playlist. I’ve reset this app and relogged about 50 times today and it still does the same thing. Usually, it would finally work after about 3 resets but today I haven’t been able to listen to music all day and I think I’m finally fed up with this issue that has gone unresolved since I got the app. Don’t waste your time on this app, this app will just frustrate you even if you’re paying for the subscription. I looked at this app with serious intent. Went to their website and searched around. With the exception of a vague “from $4.99” they provide no pricing information whatever. Instead, they force you to subscribe with your email FIRST. If their pricing was reasonable they’d want to show it to entice you to subscribe instead of demanding your email first so they can SPAM you after you realize how expensive it is. I don’t do business with shady developers who don’t show their pricing. Until they have full, open transparency about their pricing… DELETE Show more

Very poor implementation. The iTunes library representation is AS BAD AS Fiio Music application. When I “open” an artist (say Bob Dylan), the next level with the albums is just a list with headers (no changing this unless you recode) for the album and tracks. That’s not how iTunes does it - which is closer to REALITY, like when I take a physical album record off my shelf and open it and view the track recordings, which is next to another album record, and another and I can see all the album covers/art work and I flip through the specific artist’s albums. Like in real life. If I wanted a running list, I guess I would not spend my time cleaning up all the metadata tags to make robust and accurate fidelity of the data. Some of us out here have rather large libraries (over 50 000 recordings, and hundreds of artists, with thousands of albums) - and YES, I listen to music for many, many hours each day), so quickly finding what I want is crucial to functionality - and this product falls way too short. It is iTunes as the only app out there that even works well with libraries. It seems most are geared toward people who pay for services and don’t own much inventory and use playlists(I don’t unless I make something specific for a party theme). Show more

This app works intermittently, stops in the middle of playing my playlist on Spotify. This has been going on since this past year. I have deleted the app reinstalled it it works for a little while and then it goes back to its old ways. This is very frustrating. I will not renew my membership unless things change. The sound is great, and enjoy the equalizer but it’s annoying when it stops and I have to restart my playlist. Show more

I used to like this app, but discovered the randomization was worse than apple’s. Every time I launch the app I almost always hear the same songs again – and I have over 4000 songs. it also can’t see quite a few songs. The layout is terrible, especially when you’re looking for a song. At this point they are just coasting on the Ukraine mania. Show more

Guys, please, fix apple tv playback ! it's just unbearable! try to turn on airplay playback on apple tv 2021 yourself and you will be shocked at how the sound is distorted and how slow it is. you need to restart the program. I think that the cache just can't handle it. Show more

2022.06 here. Still no eq for free version, 4? years after. you still need to be subscribed and pay for just a eq…. To many bad reviews but still 4+ stars…it looks fake Scam app, don’t use it. For just music u can use iTunes or another free app, or even preview funx in files app…this it too much primitive… Show more

I love the app, and also subscribed to the premium but one thing irks me - pasting from the clipboard. Would you please explain why does accessing my clipboard is required? I’ll change my rating after a clear answer or update. Show more

On paper, this app is everything I’ve wanted. I love how I can make mixed playlists with songs from Spotify and SoundCloud, and I love how my last.fm can track through the app. There’s just one BIG PROBLEM. When using the app in the background while connected to a Bluetooth device, I can’t even listen to 1 minute of music before the app completely crashes. I looked it up, and it seems like this has been a problem for years with no solution. If this 1 problem is fixed, I’d be using the app regularly! I love the concept of this app so much, but now I’m just on the verge of deleting it and giving up. Hopefully the devs can figure it out one day. I know they must be going through so much due to the war, and I really hope they stay safe and can get back to a normal life again. Show more

2022 update: another year later and this “premium” cloud service STILL doesn’t work right. I’m done, I can’t keep giving these people chances. Update: almost a year later and this service STILL has the same album cover issue. My one year subscription was such a waste, don’t make the same mistake I did. This wouldn’t be such a problem if they would make a Windows app, I don’t know why they only want to support Mac semi-properly. Whatever you do don’t buy the premium membership, the cloud service they provide is horrible. There are constant bugs with album art (and other stuff if you check their forums) and their support staff is clueless. I sent an email that clearly stated the problem and every thing I tried myself to fix the issue and they sent back a reply that asked me about something I explained in great detail multiple times in the email. On top of that when you delete files from the cloud they aren’t actually deleted so when I try to delete a broken file and upload again because of their terrible software, the broken file is still used. Worst of all there is no PC software for some reason so the only way to try to delete stuff from the cloud is using a Mac. You can’t even delete stuff with the iPhone app, how does that make sense? I’m so disappointed in this since I really wanted a way to have my lossless music in the cloud since iTunes Match doesn’t support it and Microsoft Groove is shutting down totally so I can’t use my OneDrive easily anymore. Checked the support website, people have been asking for a light color theme since 2014. That tells me they don’t listen to the users. From the other reviews I read they seem more interested in pushing for subscriptions than implementing basic features. It is neat having a different client for Spotify, but I hate Spotify for it’s dark UI so this isn’t a step forward. Too bad, deleting. Show more

It’s been great so far but it’d be nice if there was a lyrics menu in the player.

The native Apple Music app hasn’t been able to play my MP3 collection without repeats since around IOS 7. Fortunately this app picked up Apple’s slack. It handles my 1600 MP3 file play list beautifully. It shuffles without repeats, just like it should. Show more
