Gives an error of an unsupported file type! Come on.. fix this...

This crashes my W Studio Micro soundbar every time I connect to it from the app. I have to walk over to it and turn it back on. This is virtually unusable. Please fix this ASAP. Show more

Still can’t change the speaker inputs using the app, I always have to use the physical remote... come on guys, get it together.

It does what it’s supposed to do. There are unfortunately a few bugs and functionality issues but other than that it’s good.

Nothing but issues. Sounds great, when it works. Lots of connectivity issues and the app is not user friendly. I bought 2 small and 1 large speaker. One speaker doesn’t work at all after doing an update. Huge disappointment especially for the price. Show more

I could never get this app to function properly. It kept messing up my preset between the sound bar and my Xfinity remote. I finally had a great fall and deleted it. This is a horrible app. I like the sound bar a lot. Show more

I have to admit I LOVE how these sound... I just can't get the wireless part to work 90% of the time. PLEASE UPDATE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! There's so many reviews mentioning the same thing, even the employees at best buy recommend using other speakers even though these sound better. Show more
