Purchased this app for free based on the recommendation of YouTuber Marie’s “Hello Violin” channel! I used this tuner it for my old violin with no label on it and also comes with a metronome and my mother purchased a Mendini MV200 4/4 violin on Amazon that comes with a first lessons book, shoulder rest, extra strings, rosin, and a tuner for $99.99. I didn’t use this tuner that comes with the violin because I use this Soundcorset. As I’m setting the violin, we tuned with the Mendini Violin but sounds good! Not only a violin, you can also tune every instrument including a piano, guitar, trumpet, saxophone, etc. Marie’s recommendation was the only reason for this purchase! Show more

Like the title says, I HATE IT. It is honestly just an awful tuning app. Do not recommend. Tried to steal my info and ask for my location >:(

I’m using the metronome at 30bpm in 2/4 and it stops working.

Downloaded this app since I read that it could vibrate the phone for a metronome. It does...at a tempo completely unrelated to the BPM or the sound. The UI is totally wacky, too. Show more

I used to really like this app but lately it will just stop working while I’m tuning or using the metronome.

Great app, usually love it. Posting this review to ask why the metronome just randomly stops!! Even when the play button is on.

Soundcorset has been perfect for my instrument practices and it's super useful. I've had it for a while, but recently the microphone stopped working? I'm a bit perplexed on why my microphone isn't working for the app anymore but besides that problem, the app is perfect. Show more

I love this app because it is the best free metronome and tuner I can find, but there is a problem when sharing recordings. When I click the share button it says "Soundcorset ID required" and tries to get me to log in. When I try to log in, I cannot click on anything, even the back button. It is very important that I have this button because of online band assignments. Show more

Soundcorset has a great tuner and metronome. I love how I’m able to customize the timing with triplets and sixteenth notes, something my original metronome never did. Another thing I love is how the app tracks my practice time, and I can see how my practice habits are doing compared to months ago, or even years ago. Plus, that helps me stay motivated to practice almost every day. The only issue I have with this app is that when tracking my practice time, the date is wrong. For example, today is Thursday April 23rd, and on my square of practice time for today it states that the date is Wednesday April 21st. I’m not sure if there’s a way to fix that, but if anyone knows, please let me know! Overall, I think Soundcorset is a good app to use and I would recommend it! Show more

I love this app especially because school is out and my teacher can't Tune it

This was amazing I could record songs and listen to people that had the same instrument or a different instrument it is amazing ??????

This app is great I use it often but for some odd reason it glitches sometimes I go on it and it glitches off. Besides that if you play an instrument like me it is great you can record songs and listen to it again and then fix what you got wrong. And if you want to go at a slower tempo it will let you. It also has tuner so you can see if you are in tune. And if you are in choir then It has choir notes to. Great app I love it ? Show more

I used Soundcorset for about a year, liked it and paid for a year of ad-free to support the devs. The app lagged to hell, regularly crashed, and started showing ads soon after. Even the metronome was inconsistent... if you’re serious about your practice just go with Tonal Energy. Way more utility and costing little as well. Show more

very nice to have several apps in one, but I can’t get the tuner to register sometimes. definitely worth a look.
