The product needs to actually work for a review

For God sake! Fix this app! This review is in the App Store - do it is only about the app! We really love the system, however, this app is nothing but frustration!!! It does not even open!!! I have more than 60 apps on my cell and guess which one never opens right away or never!!! I cannot even turn the music on because of that!!! We paid big ?? for that!!!! Please!!! FIX it!!! This app is terrible. Been using for over one year. When it was first set up we were able to play the music from our iPhone library but that hasn’t been working for months. We weren’t too upset until Sirius recently stopped working too. So what’s the point of this now? We can’t play our music from our library or use Sirius. Show more

Doesn’t work most of the time. Very frustrating

I got this Legrand audio system as part of Guardian installation when we built our home. During my last 4years I probably enjoyed the musics couple of months. And it fails to connect and I couldn’t use now. Guardian tech support is the worst. They probably got High School drop outs. Keep away from Legrand and Guardian Show more

Our family purchased audio speakers to be wired through our house with Guardian. We were only able to use it a handful of times since purchasing. The app is terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone! The app never connects! Now we have speakers we cannot enjoy. Show more

Upgraded to newest version of software . Not I can’t connect my phone to the audio system.

I cannot believe you still have not added Apple Music. Additionally you need to more frequently refresh the current list of stations on Sirius XM. You only have one holiday station playing and there are several stations running now. Show more

It’s so complicated to use this app.

Brand new, custom build house with a brand new surround sound system through Guardian. Worked for a year and now, nothing. This is just ridiculous. I have no words for how poor this service is. Show more

Purchased this through Guardian when my house was build. 2 yrs later needed to upgrade my router and now I have no clue as to how to update the Audi connection or anything. I feel like I have wasted money on this equipment! Show more

Spotify no longer works. Technology is a bit behind. I hope it doesn’t cost me in the long run.

I purchased this through Guardian while building my home. Tons of money into this and I can’t hardly ever play music. I’m constantly trying to reconnect, reinstall apps, etc. Fix the problem! Show more

This app isn’t great. I wish there was an alternative app to use. When I click on the app it tells me I need to update it to 2019.2.1 and when I attempt to the download it just spins and never update. I’ve tried to search for resolutions but got nothing. Show more

We remodeled our home and moved back in in January 2020, I think I was able to use this app for a couple of months and then after that have not been able to. We had to keep going through either Spotify or Pandora to play the speakers unfortunately I can only play one speaker at a time through the apps. Before this app started to messing up I was able to listen to music in all the speakers and I can choose the ones I wanted to. I am so disappointed with this app and I don’t know if there is any way of getting rid of this app so I can use another one Show more

Terrible design, the user interface is horrible, not intuitive at all. The few times you can actually get music to play, it cuts out randomly for no reason. I installed speakers in my house through Guardian that require this app to work. You are much better off investing your money in a different system. Avoid this app at all costs. Show more

Worst app ever regret buying system that i can barley listen to due to this app being trash!!!!! Would give a negative star if I could

Never worked great, temperamental...but with some trial and error it was at least a 3 star app. Now it just times out with Spotify my main music listening source. Just like another reviewer mentioned this was part of a home music system offered and purchased thru Guardian. Show more
