I recently updated my iPhone and now the app will not open and the support won’t work. Are you guys doing an update? Help!

The app on the phone or pad doesn’t seem to fit the screen. All channel labels are covered by a tab/button. Link to midas support website goes nowhere.

Since I now have the iPhone 14 promax I am unable to use the app. It just does not open so cannot give a good review at this time.

The app closes automatically as soon as I open it. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it, updated my phone, turned my phone off then back on. NOTHING IS WORKING. Show more

App was great, but now the labels are missing on the tracks so I have no idea what fader I am moving.

Would be an awesome app to control In ear mixes without bothering the engineer, but at present you cannot see the labels for the channels. Developers, please update the app so it is optimized with latest iOS. Thanks. Show more

Could be 5 star is it was updated. Sometimes disconnects from inet and buttons don’t work often.

Please update the app so it will work properly with new IOS. Many of the aspects of the app do not work properly because it was designed for an older IOS. Such as the channels do not show the labels and the 1-4 group buttons do not work all the time. Would love the app if it worked right. Show more

Still been a year and hasn’t been improved? Can we get the names of the channels and other things? Come on guys

This app worked great until the new iOS came out, and now it is unusable. All the channel labels are covered up behind the icon button so you can’t see the label to know which channel you would like to move. PLEASE UPDATE!! The last recorded app update is back in 2014. :( Show more

Buss buttons cover up each tracks label. Infuriating.

This app has not been updated in 5 years, and none of the channels have labels on newer X series iPhones. You would think that Midas would be on top of something like this, but the app is essentially non functional in its current state unless you are using an older iPhone. Show more

All the bugs with the new os, this app needs to be updated. It’s used with professional audio gear, it should get an update.

The app does what it is designed to do but as another mentioned, the labels are not showing and this have to guess which channels need adjustment. Android app works fine, so I hope this iOS app will be updated soon. Show more

This app used to be amazing for setting my IEM. Now all on my team who have a newer iPhone is unable to tell what channel is what because the labels are missing or shifted. Show more
