Channel labels don’t show up and are bugged on IOS 14.

Please update! 1-4 labels come and go. Channel names don’t line up. No update in 4yrs?

There are no labels on the channels. Probably needs a new update for 13 iOS version. It worked before I updated my IOS. I was able to see the channel labels but as soon as I updated, they disappeared. Please help! I love to keep using this app! Show more

Please fix app as soon as possible the labels are not showing correctly and the app sometimes freeze for a long time and we have to get out off the app and disconnected from the internet router to restart the app in order to work again. Please fix app as soon as possible this app help our new team members to fix there in ears mix but sometime is complicated to explaing to them since there are many issues on the app. It works fine with android devices but not for iphones. Can’t label channels in iPhone. With so many channels, and changing board once a week, it is impossible to adjust as I am playing. Laying keys usually takes two hands so it’s always been a little tricky to work my in ear levels, but now it’s impossible. Absolutely impossible. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app does it not? Please, please, please update this app so that the labels transfer to the app! It makes life much more difficult than it should be. Where is the support??

Technically works fine. Wish they’d fix the UI so channel icons didn’t obscure each channel’s text labels.

As others have mentioned, this app is not optimized for the latest update and channel labels are blank. Please update!

We use this app faithfully at our church and it would be nice if it has an update so that we could know what instrument we are EQ’ing versus guessing every week. Show more

Labels for channels are all shifted for new IOS. This becomes a nuisance when trying to teach new people how to use the system!

As many have already noted, the iOS version of this app urgently needs to be updated! The labels on the channels can’t be seen. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it looks fine on the Android version - it’s not right on iPhones! Show more

Labels on app are under the icon and can't be read. Had to download app on iPad pro to connect to the board for my IEM mix. Please fix need my iPad for something else. Show more

Please fix the scribble strip on app. I have too many bands using the app on weekends to mix monitors not to have the channel names show up.

My channel names are under the channel box so I can’t see them. Someone really needs to update the app ASAP.

Because of iPhone’s new update, the names no longer appear on channels. I think they are stuck behind the channel icons. If the app was updated, it would be great.
