A nice little application that lets you control iTunes and see what's playing. A couple issues: - Album art isn't supported when playing music from the Apple Music interface (although it will work with Apple Music songs added to your library) - No way to hide the dock icon. - Not much customization. I capture the MiniPlay window to show what's playing while I'm streaming to Twitch, but song and album titles are always displayed on the same line, so they often overflow into two lines since the text becomes too long. It would be nice to be able to hide the album name or put them on a seperate line. Show more

This app is great! One tiny bug: Sometimes the time scrubber will show the album/playlist duration instead of that for the track.

I love it. It works exactly as advertised. The only request I would make is, is it possible to have a super compact mode which is mostly horizontal and can be expanded/shrunk horizontally? I’m thinking, a scrolling area for song info and then Previous, Pause & Next controls. I have a lot of wasted space next to my Dock and would be great to have this always on top there. Show more

Very compact, simple, and nicer than Itune's miniplayer. It's free and even if it was a buck, I would buy it. Thanks devs!

As the title says, Notification center widget allows for control of Spotify, iTunes etc with Album covers included…also stand alone app in launchpad dock if prefered. Always reliable with no hiccups to date. easy to use "user interface” and its free Show more

This does exactly what it says and is exactly what i was looking for. Especially because the spotify window has no compact mode.

I like the fact that I can interact with Spotify but... Not completely. No I don't want to select station, playlist. I would like two thing. First a menu bar item. Second I really don't want to go back and forth to Spotify to favorite or select a song I like. I mainly use Spotify to discover new music so telling Spotify what I like is important to me. Would be perfect if you could please add the LOOP on/off button on the desktop MiniPlay Otherwise, if you like to LOOP songs, you always have to go back to the main iTunes app and makes this kinda worthless Because there’s also a notification iTunes widget already Show more

I use my secondary display as a sort of utility panel, with my Twitter feed, Google Calendar, Messages, and Reminders. I had a little spot to fill, so I added this widget as well. It works great, except for the fact that when I use Spotify (which is what I always use), the album art is incorrect. It’s correct when it starts, but it doesn’t update as songs change. An annoying bug for an otherwise wonderful app. I also wish the window could be resized, but that’s a nice-to-have, not a bug. Show more

Like the idea for the app, but the crash report window keeps popping up all the time, even when the app hasn’t crashed and is running fine. Found an alternative, so I don’t need to use this anymore anyway. Show more
